Had a great dinner yesterday! Food was delicious and staff were very friendly, especially appreciated our server, Eden. 10/10 would reccomend.

I have eaten several times at this Swiss Chalet. We have always been seated quickly, and have always had the same server: an older man who is very cheerful, attentive, and fast. We had the fish and chips special (I know, it’s a chicken restaurant!) and it was great. The batter was crispy and the fish were nice thick portions. More fries than I could eat. Served piping hot. I also got a garden salad, which wasn’t amazing - mostly ice berg lettuce, with a sprinkling of other vegetables.One complaint - the table, despite having been wiped clean, felt sticky. I think the finish has worn off, so it probably always feels tacky. Just find that a bit off-putting for a dining surface. Otherwise the restaurant seemed bright and clean.

We are regular Swiss Chalet customers. We thought we'd try their new seafood promotion. Two of three thought the items were okay, but I have to admit my "fish and chips" entree was ... bizarre. Thin, deep-fried fish fillet. Difficult to describe. Run over by a transport truck? Usual great fries, but couldn't reconcile fish fillet and Swiss brown gravy. Better to stick with chicken and ribs.

Me and my family had an amazing experience. Good food, good ambiance and great service. Eden was our server. Extremely sweet snd attentive. Never had to ask for refills. The fries were crispy and the chicken was tender and we didn’t have to wait long to get our food. Would definitely recommend and come again!

Really disappointed that they cannot accommodate our family of 5 every time we go. They never have a table that they allow 5 to sit at, one being a 3 year old.

I have to tell you I had the absolute best service at your Swiss chalet. My waitress eden was absolutely one of the very best server's I have ever had. She was extremely attentive and friendly. I never had to wait for her to take our order as well as she was checking regularly to make sure we needed nothing and were happy with our food. I will definately be back to that rest again.
