I've been coming here off and on, usually for lunch. Every time I do come here, it's always noisy, unorganized, staff is yelling in hindi at one another, and guests are waiting in a long line not receiving help. I've left a bunch of times, simply because none of the staff took my order! They're too busy shouting at each other in hindi. Do not recommend.

Garbage. Pathetic. I came for a nostalgic fries supreme with my son. The last one I tasted was 15 years ago. What I ordered wasn't even edible. Total waste of money. Head to Wendy's across the street. They know fresh, good, high quality food.

It is Taco Bell. The food is mediocre at best which is pretty good for Taco Bell. Here you get what you should expect… meh. And so often people come for that familiar meh. Fast, not too expensive, familiar.I was very impressed today as I was bring food back for 4 people… 8 different burritos. They labelled each one so there was no confusion! Thanks people! That was a great touch.

You don't get what you don't pay for.The a la carte items look cost-effective and...if you've eaten already...or plan on it elsewhere then these teasers will do...only just.Tastey but meager.Staff was out of touch with the concept of 'customer service':Being advised by one but not another...that they were 'out of rice' for anything listing rice and offering nothing in return or offering no discount...was poor form.Finally, the place was filthy.There is 'new dirt' and then...there is old dirt. This was 'old', for sure.The floors and tables hadn't been cleaned in at LEAST a few days.

I love how everytime I get food from here it’s my job to assure everything I ordered is in the bag… I love how I’m paying $5 a chilli cheese burrito and I’m not even getting full servings of what is to be said on billboards… something has to happen to the management here cause you guys are running that tacobell location into the
Horrible restaurant and customer service. They ran out of rice but refuse to substitute any rice burritos from the already extremely expensive combo. So we pay again more for less even with your ordering inventory mistake.

Come here for my lunch breaks around 9:30 and the night crew is always super sweet to me and always fills my food up (the location near my house barely fills anything even half way) sometimes the wait can be a little long but overall i love coming to this location and i love the night crew!

Garbage place. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell in London without a doubt. Always skimpy on ingredients, always mess up your order, never have ingredients for basic menu items and always over a 20 minute wait in drive through. I’m sorry but if you’re out of an item I should have to downgrade to a lesser priced item while I myself have to pay the same amount. That’s such bad business.

Been going to this location for a year, as it's not even a 2 minute drive from home. The location might as well be on the opposite side of the city for me, as the drive thru is usually an estimated 15-20 minute wait. Most of the time they get my order right, but feels like a complete waste of time when they don't. Food is usually soggy by the time I get back home. Today, after the 20 minute wait, they almost sent me home with someone else's order.

Everything was okay. It was busy to start, but items were missing from my order and the food was disappointing. Barely had any filling in my taco shell, my beef burrito tasted like it was mainly filled with burrito sauce and no cheese (not sure how its normally made but that's what it tasted like). Not sure if I will go back any time soon.

Have never had a good experience here. For starters, they always skimp out on the ingredients - minimal beef or beans to the point you can’t even tell if they have included it in your food. Wait time takes forever - 20 minutes minimum in drive through or walk in. Tried to reduce this by ordering ahead on the app but no, still wait 15 minutes past the “pick up time”. Of course the food is then always cold and unappetizing. Staff is rude and gives absolutely ZERO regard to customer service. I’m sure upper management wouldn’t be pleased with how this operation is being run and the image it puts on Taco Bell as a whole.
