Paid $45 dollars for 3 burrito bowls and a taco last night and here is what the bowls looked like. Absolutely unacceptable not to mention the missing cabbage and little to no beans. We believe this was targeted because we had tried to order after our car broke down and we were denied at the window. We’ll be seeing you soon nighttime manager lady. We know what you look like now;)

I had one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional experiences at this Taco Bell drive-thru. The lady working inside clearly forgot that her job is to serve customers, not create drama. While I was simply talking with my family in Punjabi, she decided to make a scene, acting as if my personal conversation was directed at her. Excuse me – who is she to me? Absolutely no one. She is an employee on duty, not someone I came here to socialize with or tolerate attitude from.
This behavior is unacceptable. It came across as if she was trying to take advantage of her position and play the “woman card” to create unnecessary conflict. Let me be very clear: customers have the right to speak their own language, with their own family, without being judged or accused. Canada is a multicultural country – protected under the Canadian Human Rights Act – and no employee has the right to degrade, assume, or insult someone based on the language they speak.
I am not here for childish drama, I am here to pick up my food. If this is how your employees behave, Taco Bell’s image in this community will absolutely go downhill. You are not just representing yourself – you are representing an international brand, and every rude action damages its reputation.
This is a warning: customers deserve respect, equality, and a professional environment. If staff cannot handle basic courtesy, then management better step in. Otherwise, you are not promoting good service – you are promoting rudeness, discrimination, and a toxic environment.
Completely unacceptable. One star is still too generous

It takes a lot for me to complain - I promise. BUT.
Absolutely horrible service & wrong food given - the girl taking my order was busy flirting with the 2 Indian workers from KFC at Taco Bell drive thru...?
Never going back 👎🏻

Worst taco bell ever location. The workers there are very rude, manager has a chip on his shoulder and will just yell at u if something is wrong with your order, to be honest they have no place working in a fast food restaurant treating customers the way they do. Avoid at all cost and shame on Taco Bell

I’m not one to complain, but this location has really gone downhill. We spent about $60 on our order and were all still left hungry. This is the third time we’ve ordered from here and every time it’s the same problem, the food is just not worth the price.
We ordered the meal that’s supposed to feed 6 people (2 adults, a teen, and 3 small kids) and it wasn’t anywhere close to enough food. We actually had to order more food from somewhere else afterward.
The crunchwraps are tiny, the cheese quesadilla is basically just a tortilla with a paper-thin layer of cheese, and the cinnamon twists tasted completely off. Honestly, it feels like the portions and quality have gotten smaller and worse with each order.
Very disappointing, we won’t be coming back to this location again.

Third visit to this location in a year. Third time my order was wrong. Staff don't seem to care.
Extremely Disappointed with the Service at Taco Bell Drive-Thru
I visited Taco Bell and ordered combo with Nacho Supreme Fries, but I was only given plain fries. When I went back through the drive-thru (Saturday, 4:50 PM), the employee named John told me that I “didn’t order it.”
Even if there was a miscommunication, that is not how you handle a customer. Instead of correcting my order, John told me he would “gladly give me my money back.” That is not customer service—it’s dismissive and unhelpful.
What made it worse is that he continued to argue with me and even talked to a co-worker about me right in front of me. That’s unprofessional, disrespectful, and the opposite of what customer service should be.
I don’t expect excuses—I expect courtesy, accountability, and the order I asked for. This experience was extremely disappointing,

I just got back from a 7 day vacation last night and at around 2 in the morning I went through the drive through with my younger cousins, we order 3 tacos and cinnamon delights she checked back the order and when we got home we noticed one was missing, we went back and politely asked for the taco we came up the the window and receipt was slapped in our face with her yelling at us about not paying, we said we can pay for the other one we just thought we asked for 3 and when we got the taco it was all over the rapper and throw in in the bag. Not a very fun taco Monday morning.

Ive been in this location, and received fast and friendly service!
Tonight though, delivery through Uber - half my order is missing, and Uber refuses to refund anything. Don't waste your $ on delivery from this place!
You've been warned.
