This restaurant is 7 STARS . Food quality is #1, restaurant cleanliness is top notch with PERFECT customer services. I have spoken to Mr. Shah and congratulated him for a job well done. I have eaten similar food around the World and I think Tahini Kingston Road location is the BEST!!!

I started to go here a few months ago and really enjoyed their shawarmas at first. The portion sizes were great for the price and they didn’t haggle you for more money when you wanted extra hummus, garlic etc. Recently they added daily deals and honestly they aren’t worth it. They give you less rice and chicken than when you pay regular price. They tell you that it comes a certain way with no substitutes yet when they make it they leave out toppings that are in the picture. Then when you ask they say it’s extra to change toppings. Although they’re putting on stuff you don’t want. The chicken on my bowl was dried out and some pieces even hard to the point I thought I bit into a bone. I won’t be returning here again to waste my time or money. I’ll wait until Pickering opens up a better place for Shawarma’s or just go into Toronto. Just when a place that’s decent opens they switch things up on customers and expect them to be ok with it and keep spending their money. Not me. I’ll pass!

The regular food options are generally made well and the usual evening staff are efficient. However, I ordered an $80 platter during the day and found the pita dry, and barely contained any chicken. The owner was present but the staff seemed new. Stick to the usual wraps or bowls but *avoid* the platters.

Placed a pickup order for a butter chicken wrap for lunch and it was so dry. The butterchicken was so dry, not even enough sauces in the wrap. All the toppings I selected were not even added inside the wrap. All you could taste was a lot of onions. Very small potions for a medium wrap. Wow amazing! Came from Montreal to try this from tik tok and it did not disappoint.The butter chicken sandwich was phenomenal. A must!! Remember this location is on Kingston road don’t mix it up with the other Pickering location! Plus it is an amazing price range. The owner was super kind ?.

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at your establishment. I placed an online order totaling $64.34, with an estimated preparation time of approximately 15 minutes. Upon arriving 20 minutes later, I was disappointed to find that the food was not ready. Despite the staff's evident effort, the restaurant was quite busy, resulting in a one-hour wait for our order.Unfortunately, the food quality did not meet expectations. The dishes looked like the food was just thrown into the containers, and the wrap was overly toasted, contributing to an overall dry texture, possibly due to a lack of sauce.This was my first visit to your restaurant, prompted by a friend's recommendation. Regrettably, given this experience, I am hesitant to return.

Unprofessional disorganized. Chaotic operation and food wasn't fresh. Just squirted a ton of sauce on the wrap, fell apart as we ate it. Total mess. And very expensive $30-odd dollars for 2 tiny wraps.
