I went for dinner with my daughter and granddaughter Sunday April 14th,2024, first time trying this restaurant, they brought out my daughter's order but nothing else, we patiently waited for over an hour to receive the two other dinners. I inquired about what happened to our meals with two different staff members on three different occasions, even though they said they were going to check with the kitchen nobody even had the courtesy to come back and communicate with us. Amazing food. Sweet staff. I loved every but I’d being in this restaurant. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves sushi
On December 31st at 12:30pm I called and placed an order to be picked up for 6:30pm. This was the first time I've pre-ordered food for NYE and I called early to avoid any issues or delays. At 5pm I called in to see if I could change the time from 6:30pm to 6pm. The lady on the phone said she would let them know and that was it. Nothing about a delay or that they wouldn't be able to get it done on time.
