The Alley has a really nice layout with lots of seating to hang out and enjoy drinks ! It's in a super convenient location and easy to get to — plus there’s plenty of parking, which is a huge bonus.

Normally I love bubble tea, especially ube or taro. My friend recommended this place to me, but my drink was surprisingly disgusting. I got the deerioca ube puff and first of all, the color was way more dull than the pictures and it just tasted like milk. The worst part was whatever was going on at the bottom of the drink (not the boba). I have no idea what this was, but and tasted and looked like soggy crushed graham crackers?? It was so gross and I couldn't even finish my drink. I was actually excited about trying this place and I've never been more disappointed about a drink :(

Drink is really good but rating is for the service which was astonishingly terrible. Customer service is a key part in any form cafe. The lady who took our order was not one bit pleasant and I personally felt like it was a burden for the lady to take the order. Would recommend starbucks or any other café for the service part.

Best place for milk tea in London. Cozy vibe and great choices for bubble tea. My personal favourite is the Earl Grey milk tea with tapioca. Lots of parking and open late.

Just ordered drinks from here and the female staff was very rude. She made fun of me when I ordered a drink by literally saying out loud to a different worker, "Did you hear what she said? She just said this when ordering...." I heard her say it and heard her laughing. What kind of staff would make fun of a customer. Very rude, disgusted and never coming back here again.

The best part is they are open late and there is lots of parking! Polite and friendly service from the baristas and yummy and freshly made drinks!

Highly recommend their Royal N.9 Milk Tea as well (not pictured). Their tapioca is made fresh and in-house I believe.
