Best place for milk tea in London. Cozy vibe and great choices for bubble tea. My personal favourite is the Earl Grey milk tea with tapioca. Lots of parking and open late.

Just ordered drinks from here and the female staff was very rude. She made fun of me when I ordered a drink by literally saying out loud to a different worker, "Did you hear what she said? She just said this when ordering...." I heard her say it and heard her laughing. What kind of staff would make fun of a customer. Very rude, disgusted and never coming back here again.

The best part is they are open late and there is lots of parking! Polite and friendly service from the baristas and yummy and freshly made drinks!

Highly recommend their Royal N.9 Milk Tea as well (not pictured). Their tapioca is made fresh and in-house I believe.

I found the quality of their drinks depends on who is the barista. I usually order Derioca, Taro, Crunchy series and Trio but sometimes it was not good, and the sweet level was not satisfactory. The cute girl who made my drinks yesterday was pretty decent. All 3 drinks were great, the sweetness was made just right! The brown sugar boba is excellent as always!
I enjoy this place quite a lot. Their classic milk tea has a distinct taste that i quite like! Their service is fast, and they're always very friendly even when we show up close to closing time :)

The drinks are amazing. And I go there alot, But the staff there really don't like white customers. I'll go in and they smile and talk and laugh with all the Asian/South Asian customers, then when me or my friends visit,the staff immediately frown or just plain ignore me in line. They don't smile or greet you either. It's a shame because I really like the drinks but they clearly are only kind to non white customers.
