I visited in the evening of April 30th, 2026 and a man and a middle aged brown haired woman with a bob was working. The woman was extremely hostile, as her tone was very rude and did not smile or greet us as customers. She kept this attitude from the time of taking orders to serving the drinks, however was seen smiling and laughing with the man she was working with behind the counter whenever she wasn’t serving a customer. I’ve been to this location many times but likely won’t be returning because of her. very disappointed.

Today the 8 Dec 2025. The drink is okay but the attitude of the person at the counter is so rude. I come in to order two and the guys at the counter talking so fast that he seem didnt care about what I talking to him and we have to repeat twice about it. can you guys have training about it please Thank you

The Alley has a really nice layout with lots of seating to hang out and enjoy drinks ! It's in a super convenient location and easy to get to — plus there’s plenty of parking, which is a huge bonus.
