The hot tomazzo bagel is the best!

I decided to take a break from the normal Starbucks/Tim Hortons routine and checked out the great Canadian bagel, what a great decision, coffee and bagel was amazing, nice friendly staff and awesome value, I’ll definitely be back!

Love their 8 pack of bagels and a cream cheese deal. The cheddar herb bagel is the BEST! The service is always friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want! Love this place!

Very disappointing experience. I am a frequent guest at this restaurant and have always thought it was a nice little spot in London to grab a fresh bagel. However after my most recent visit, I will not be back. It is unacceptable to treat guests with disrespect when there is an easy resolution to your frustration. The manager provoked the issue further, I highly suggest you do some deep reflection on your customer service skills.

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. The bagels are all cut on the exact same cutting board without it being wiped or cleaned in between. Some of the bagels contain pork, and others don’t, but everything is still being cut together on the same board. For customers who don’t eat pork for religious or personal reasons, this is a serious issue.

When I politely tried to explain this to the owner and let him know that pork bagels were being mixed with others on the same cutting surface, he completely cut me off and didn’t want to hear it. I wasn’t trying to cause a problem—I was just pointing out something important that could affect a lot of customers.

Basic food handling and respect for customers’ dietary restrictions should matter. It would be really easy to use separate boards or at least wipe them between orders. The way my concern was dismissed made the experience even worse.

Best bagels in London. And cream cheese was fantastic as well, however I did find the zesty cheddar a little too spicy tho. Everything else was fantastic. I hope business thrives

Came by today with my husband for a quick brunch. Got the hot tomazzo with cream cheese, veggies and eggs. The ladies at the front were very kind and helpful as it was my first time. Everything was super delicious will def be back :)

I drive all the way from White Oaks just for these bagel sandwiches. It is the only bagel shop I will ever go to! Wonderful and friendly service from the owners and delicious freshly made bagels.
