5:50pm on oct 11, 2024, an old female customer entered the store and wanted to use washroom, two workers, one male, one female refused and physically blocked her from using washroom by standing in front of washroom door before tim hortons was closed. Lower than 1 star review, disgusting filthy humans to refuse old lady from using washroom.

This used to be our favorite one. What has happened to this Timies?! The new staff is far from what the old one was. Half of the time they don't know what they are doing, are very slow and one new lady that works there was right out rude to a customer, walked away from him and just left him standing. People were lined up out of the door, 6 people were working and no one was serving anyone but all doing other things at the same time. I ordered a iced coffee with oat milk and got a iced coffee with oatmilk and so much cream that the coffee was almost white which is not what I had ordered! Also on previous visits I witnessed the new manager berate one of the employees loudly infront of all of the customers and shout through the place instead on walking to over and quietly pulling them to the side. Very unprofessional und uncomfortable as a customer to watch.

Ridiculous wait time. Ordered a simple, single item- a pizza, and it took 20 minutes wait time when it wasn’t even that busy. Only reason I got anything at all is because I brought it up, otherwise I’d be there all day, forgotten. Never again.

I come to this location a lot with my friends and family, and had never once been disappointed! The hot chocolate is absolutely delectable and I love the honey cruller doughnut! It's not usually busy and The service is very good. I love the little seating area and it's kept clean most of the time.

On December 16,2023 I ordered a bagel double toasted with butter on ubereats from this location. And this is what I got. A fully burnt bagel that was not edible. Unfortunately, I never got a refund and starved all morning.
