I come to this location a lot with my friends and family, and had never once been disappointed! The hot chocolate is absolutely delectable and I love the honey cruller doughnut! It's not usually busy and The service is very good. I love the little seating area and it's kept clean most of the time.

On December 16,2023 I ordered a bagel double toasted with butter on ubereats from this location. And this is what I got. A fully burnt bagel that was not edible. Unfortunately, I never got a refund and starved all morning.

Since the mall location has been closed for maintenance, I’ve been going to this location for the meantime and they are always quick and have not messed up my order once. They are offering very dirty spoons. First time we got this, we thought may be it was a mistake, I went to ask for a second spoon and 2nd one was also very dirty. How are we supposed to eat with these kinda of cutlery provided? Disgusting ?

Extremely rude staff, I will never come here again!!!! Waited a long time for my order then I had my food slammed on the counter with a dirty look…. Also witnessed an employee giving just eats driver a hard time then talking about him to another customer.

How do you "run out" of chilii at 12:37 on a Saturday. Total incompetence at this location. So you have no chili available at lunch time on a Sat? I drove there to get it. Tim Hortons your standards are not acceptable.
