I go to this Tim Hortons at least once a day on my way to work and love the service here. Kelly, Allison, Sam and Dawn know my order as I get up to drive thru and it is perfect every time. It is also the quickest Tim Horton's in the city. Thanks to all there for their amazing and fast service.

so over the lady in the drive thru rushing through orders & stuffing them out the window faster than you can grab things. I paid with change this morning, she wasn't going to give me my change back until I asked & her response was "what did you give me?" slow down please. I probably wouldnt say anything about it if my drinks & food were made properly but they rarely are either. I will drive further down the road to a different tims for better service.

If I could give ZERO I would, literally… asked for an extra large cafe mocha REPEATED it 3 times even after they asked if I said extra large with oat milk ? of course when you’re on your way out of town you don’t know until you’re at a red light. They won’t answer the phone either I’ve called 4 times. Don’t think I’ll be going back there, and it’s the closest one to my house. Good job, on losing customers.

The tim Hortons app has not worked at this place for a week (!). In addition, food is barely heated...no croissants, no ice cap...purely stocked...I suggest going to a different one.

Horrible drive-tru experience . They get your order wrong and have the nerve to argue with you when you correct them. No patience to take the order or to correct their mistake. I was ready to just leave without even taking the drink and food I paid for because of the attitude they gave me. This location needs better training.

I am disappointed with the preparation of my bagels today. I requested toasted and it's raw and cold with no toasting at all. What's happening at this location? Any other location is amazing and my order is exactly what I request. Again, what has happened to the quality of God and customer service here?
