When did it become impossible for Tim's to produce inconsistent coffee flavour, half the time it's bitter or burnt. Rarely is a black coffee decent. If you ask for 1/2 OF A SM.cream it's still white coffee! And the donuts taste like cake not a donut....I know adding more sugar makes it cheaper to produce...got 1/2 dz. limited donuts (dutchie, walnut crunch, cinnamon twist, blueberry fritter) a waste of money, just sickeningly sweet no other taste.?
The staff are always friendly, however, twice within two weeks this location has ran out of French Vanilla powder. This makes for a bad start to my day as there are no other locations on my route and I have already waited in the line. The inventory control needs work as this is unacceptable.

I go to this Tim Hortons at least once a day on my way to work and love the service here. Kelly, Allison, Sam and Dawn know my order as I get up to drive thru and it is perfect every time. It is also the quickest Tim Horton's in the city. Thanks to all there for their amazing and fast service.
