Horrifying experience! Helen the manager has no idea what she’s doing. Ordered a Turkey sandwich and it was completely burned. Drive back there and asked for a new sandwich and a refund and they refused to give me both. They gathered around and laughed at my frustration.To make matters worse, they gave me another sandwich with a long piece of hair in it. It feels like they did it on purpose because they were annoyed that I came back. I paid $10 for that sandwich, and the least they could've done is given me a sandwich and 10 dollars back for all the driving. I would’ve been happy with a free coffee.

I have a Tim's near my apartment but I'd rather come here because the service is always great. For a while I stopped eating from Tim's because the place used to be either dirty or the staff was rude. But this particular location is amazing! The order taker Prince was such a delight. He spoke so kindly and even delivered my food to the table instead of calling it out. Somebody promote Prince because they have excellent customer service and was super quick. Really would like to see other locations with workers like him who genuinely like to make people smile!

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!This is a horrible location. The guy at drive-thru told me that was everything I ordered when I asked...it wasn't...I went in and the order said sausage wrap with my soup...but it wasn't there... I said the drive-thru guy told me it was everything. The lady asked the sandwich maker where it was. He didn't say anything and started making it. No apology or anything, so I asked for a refund. Still no apology, just complete silence when giving refund. Loser!Then, I got home, my soup (broccoli) had hardly anything in it and it literally tasted like hot water. Awful!! Threw it out. Wasted money because people either don't care or don't understand how to do the job. Unbelievable.Oh, it's not over yet.Then I called to ask for the owners name for reporting. The manager, was clueless and wouldn't give me the number or contact name of the owner.I WOULD LIKE THE OWNER TO CONTACT ME AND FIX THE HORRIBLE STATE YOUR RESTAURANT IS IN.How can you own a business and have this type of horrible customer service, proper food, and coherent staff.I'm amazed at how you have so many other bad reviews.I will be contacting everyone I know and continuing bad reviews daily until I hear from you.Shut the business down if people can't work it properly for you.Contact me

My son and I there every Sunday, take advantage of offer , for sausage breakfast wraps, but got there on 17th and left very disappointed! Told we couldn’t have them because no hash browns, how could not have them at 10:30 in morning . No excuse, told couldn’t have !

Helen store manager is horrible. I’ve never had an experience like this before she wasted more than 30 minutes of my time. This tim hortons will not resolve any issues you may have. BE CAREFUL GUYS!!

I just ordered a double double steep tea with chai tea bag and i got is ice cold tea with nothing stirred up???Its winters and everyone like their drinks hot and warm … can you please take care of this issue because its been frequently that has been happening to me ??I am really upset because of this

I called at 5:15AM to see if they were open as the website and Google both said they open at 5:00AM. Lady on the phone answered and said no they were supposed to open at 5:00AM but they won’t be open for another 10-20 minutes… if the store hours are set to a certain time you should be upholding that. I saw at least 10 cars come and go to see if it was open.

The worst Tim Hortons in London, dirty machine, fridge is taped up to hold close and the manager/supervisor is completely rude and unapproachable. They’re machines never work and they will give you improperly made product to make the sale, then argue with you when you ask for another one or a refund. Then harass you the following time you come in, hoping for it to be a better experience. This Tim Hortons needs new management/owner or to be shut down. A complete health code violation.

The worst tim hortons in London, food is always sloppy. Rude servers who aren't attentive to your order. I have to repeat my order several times, and then still have to go back because it's always wrong.The manager,supervisors. and employees are miserable and rude.

My wife and her friend brought food home for my daughter. When we checked the food there was an eggs shell inside the food. If my daughter had eaten that she would have been hurt. On top of that when I tried to call them they decided to just hang up the phone and unplug it to not receive any phone calls.

Why have items advertised if you don't even have any of them available during business hours? Asked for three different kinds of donuts and none in stock. Then both drinks were less than 2/3 filled, burnt hot chocolate somehow. Waste of time and money.
