I called at 5:15AM to see if they were open as the website and Google both said they open at 5:00AM. Lady on the phone answered and said no they were supposed to open at 5:00AM but they won’t be open for another 10-20 minutes… if the store hours are set to a certain time you should be upholding that. I saw at least 10 cars come and go to see if it was open.
I usually avoid this location as it always seems busy. This is now my “go to” Tim’s! There was a long line in the drive thru but took minutes to get everyone their orders. I had a modified order and it was done correctly!

I have a Tim's near my apartment but I'd rather come here because the service is always great. For a while I stopped eating from Tim's because the place used to be either dirty or the staff was rude. But this particular location is amazing! The order taker Prince was such a delight. He spoke so kindly and even delivered my food to the table instead of calling it out.
