Foreigners are so slow and sloppy here. Only me in line for 10 mins already still never ordered.. highly don't recommend going to this location unless you got a lot of time on your hands

I had a frustrating experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered and paid for three drinks but was only given one. A staff member seemed dismissive, and I waited while others were served. Another worker eventually helped, but the service was slow and disorganized. On a positive note, one male staff member was efficient and kept the line moving.

Place is clean, but the employees are super noisy while talking (cracking jokes)if you are going to sit relax and sip a coffee then this is not the right place. The atmosphere added my stress level too much because of the noise from the kitchen.

November 2, 2024 Time: 8:55AM-9AM Asked a medium coffee with 3Creams & 4Sugar. Didnt see the girl stir the coffee with sugarthat much. Asked her and she saidshe already stirred. The coffee didnt even have 2 sugars. Not expected.

Most of my experiences here have been good but recently my orders have been getting messed up. Last week I ordered an iced capp and a caramelized onion and parmesan savory pinwheel instead I got an iced capp and roasted red pepper and Swiss savory pinwheel, and today I ordered 1 medium iced capp, 1 bacon farmer's wrap, and 1 caramelized onion and parmesan savory pinwheel. The employee who input my order entered 1 medium iced capp, 1 caramelized onion and parmesan savory pinwheel, and 2 bacon farmer's wraps. I brought it to the attention and got a refund for the extra bacon farmer's wrap they added to my order but this wouldn't have happened if the order was entered correctly

Ordered a tea and turkey bacon sandwich. The lettuce was wilted and had dark spots. The bread tasted weird. They put half a tub of mayo on it...i had to scrap some off. When ordering, I saw a fly on the donuts. 🤢 It was just a really bad experience, and unfortunately, it wasn't the first time. As someone who works in the area, this is my closest coffee shop. There is constantly a wait when there is no line as well. Disappointing, because most of the employees are quite nice.
