This parking lot is always crazy and spilling out onto the road. The walk in situation was okay. Line wasn't long, but they didnt make one of our breakfast sandwiches right, so we brought it in and they just opened the sandwich up, plopped a egg on it, and gave it back to us all messy, in the same wrapper. It was very strange to experience that, normally while handling food, they make an entire new item. Anyways, its not my first choice of Tim Hortons in London, but sometimes...
This is the only location I go to in London. Laura at the drive thru wondow is absolutely wonderful. She is always smiling and delivers great customer service. I don't go for coffee a lot, but when I do she is the reason I continue to go here. Keep smiling Laura.
