Would have been better if the times were accurate instead of saying it’s open when it’s not
Posted hours don’t reflect opening hours. It’s 4:15PM on a Thursday and they are closed.Posted hours says 5PM.
The 2 girls working there May 4, were absolutely rude and were short with me for absolutely no reason. I still say thank you and have a great day and get nothing back but RBF. You're in a hospital and in service, do better.

It’s a good place for the ones who accompany patients to get some rest and see people, tho they don’t have cold coffee (maybe just today I’m not sure)

Love that there's a Tim Hortons in the hospital, but the cleanliness has really gone downhill unfortunately. There's a huge accumulation of dirt/dust coming out of the air vents...right above the food. The counters, especially behind the machines are thick with dust and crumbs and so on. This is not from being busy...it's an accumulation of neglecting to clean thoroughly over time. Very disappointing...especially for being in a hospital. Hope this improves.
0/10Got 2 coffee's and 2 donuts. Donuts were great - the coffee Not so much. Both tasted burnt and smelled burnt. Asked for new ones. New ones - same. Repeat again.....Manager - comes out and told us to leave and no money refunded and no new coffees. We asked him to taste the coffee out of the pot that ours came from....you could literally smell that it was burnt in the coffee urn....He told us NO - and to leave....Never again
Horrible experience. The one guy there was rude for no apparent reason. Gave me the wrong order and yelled at me because apparently it was my fault. I will never buy from this location again.
Very bad experience at this tim hortons, twice on the same week they didn't give the complete order after I pay for it.

Great staff
the girl with heavily made-up eyes; she terrible; she doesn't know what kindness means! I will never buy in life there again.

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience at this Tim Hortons. If I could give this review 0 stars I would.Upon ordering a toasted bagel with cream cheese, I was left feeling disgusted. As my bagel was done toasting (and was sitting in the pan of the toaster) the toaster caught fire. Instead of taking my bagel out from underneath, the woman proceeded to blow on the flames in order to extinguish them. When I asked her to kindly cease blowing on my bagel, she informed me, in a rather pointed tone, that she wasn’t blowing on my bagel, but was blow into the appliance.I do not think she understood that when you blow, you spit. Therefore, she was spitting into the toaster which would later hold other customers food.Needless to say, I was grossed out and left. Seeing as this Tim Hortons is located inside the hospital, should anyone get sick they can just walk down the hall to urgent care. Please think before you act.
Best coffee! No matter which Tim Hortons I have been to, whether in or out of town, I have always had friendly and quick service. Always aim to please.
