Been a customer for years and this was probably the last time I'll go. Food quality keeps going down. My meal was half the size it use to be with only a small amount of toppings. Not worth the time to go

An amazing locally owned restaurant. Fresh pasta made daily. Nathan and Amanda treated us like family. There are only 3 locations in the world - all in London Ontario. Check Tony’s out!

A group of ten of us attended for a reunion after a trip together to Italy several years ago. The food was quite good (probably 4 stars) but the rest of the experience was 1 star at best. We wanted to order drinks and when my wife asked for a glass of wine from the list on the menu, we informed that they had no alcohol. Why is it on the menu then? Salads took a long time (approx. 30 mins.) to arrive and the waitress didn't clear the empty dishes away until the entrees came. She seemed to feel it was more important to carry on a conversation with another table for a long period of time. It took almost 90 minutes for our entrees to arrive. But again, they were good. It's not like it was busy in there. Aside from us there was 1-2 other tables max. At one point before we had our entrees, at least 2-3 people from what looked like the kitchen came out to that same table the waitress spent forever at and had a very loud conversation, so much so that we couldn't hear ourselves talk at our table. I probably would be OK ordering take-out from there but I will never have a sit down meal here again. Poor service ruined the whole experience.

Worst panzerotti ever. Canned mushrooms, cheap ham, cheap cheese, way, way too much cheese. Expensive. Don’t bother.

Happened to stop by this place at the closing time and greeted by amazing staff. Amanda is an amazing person. She suggested the best combination for dinner.. Pasta at this place is at another level.. A must try place..

Ordered a medium pizza with pineapple and half ham. Service was OK, but the pizza crust was tough with stains of something on the bottom. The sauce had such a horrible taste that we couldn't finish eating a piece. To spend basically $30 on a pizza, expect a better tasting pizza. We used to like this place but the food prep has gone downhill.

Staff were amazing.Salad served with abt 1/2 tsp dressing, not really bottomless as menu says. (served as small side salad on plate, but with tongs… yet no dressing) Had to ask for dressing. Red wine was kept in fridge (which I'd be okay with but really not right). Carbonara had scrambled egg in it (egg is in the sauce but not scrambled) and maybe 1 Tbsp cheese, not pancetta but breakfast bacon, and still dry lacking oil.It seems owners are just stingy on everything resulting in a terrible experience.I hope they do better with their pizza etc that seems their main income. I'll never go back to this location. I still will try Dundas street hoping it hasn't gone down the toilet too.

What happened? Tony's was once a good chain. Extremely stingy on dressing and sauce. (Literally zero visible on salad and maybe 1 Tbsp on the carbonara). Carbonara has eggs but should not be scrambled. Doesn't seem their bottomless salad is more than a side serving any longer. Refrigerate the red wine! I didn't want to give a bad review because the staff were so amazing. I wish good things for them after this location closes down on its own merits.

Salad (supposed to be bottomless but only get small side) was dry, had to ask for dressing. Red wine was right from the fridge. Carbonara had scrambled eggs (supposed to be used to thicken sauce), almost no cheese or sauce and breakfast bacon instead of pancetta, pasta was essentially dry.Staff were excellent and they were very understanding and embarrassed that they were instructed to prepare food with nearly no dressing nor sauce. The place was empty except me, though it was on the late side for supper.Very disappointing that owners have decided to cheap out on the food. Their price was plenty high enough to cover the cost of adequate dressing and sauce.
