Twice the deal pizza (Springbank Dr)

They never ever have slices ready for lunch. Went in there 3 times in one day. 11am, 1230pm, 130 pm and there were no slices available and no pizza in the oven for lunch time service. I will not be back.

Used to be good. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. It tasted like a cheap quality pizza, the cheese and low qty of toppings.

My son came in this evening to pick up his order, he ordered ahead of time. He went in only to find out they sent another customer with his order
The guy he spoke with who would not provide his name or the managers name said wait 15 min
He was rude and not professional whatsoever

He offered my son a free pop and stated he could not give him FREE food. It was the stores mess up. This is absolutely horrible customer service. If I could rate this store a zero I would. I expect a manager to return my phone call as the guy on the phone would not provide his name or the managers name

I tried the tandoori pizza here, but unfortunately, it wasn’t great. The flavor was underwhelming, and the texture was off. It was just ok and eatables. Wouldn’t order it again

Went to there store at 10:30pm yesterday and they were closed. If you guys close early why you put time on 11:00 pm

Pizza wa okay hence the 2 stars. Wings were disgusting, burnt and dry. They did not follow instructions for sauce on the side yet didn't even toss them with any effort so some were tossed while others were not.

Worse yet, I paid extra for the crispy breaded and they just sent their normal, ones which were obviously not fresh so I paid extra for something I did not get. Will not be returning

pizza is 50/50, sometimes you’ll get a good one, most of the time you won’t. ordered lava cakes, came frozen wrapped in plastic in a bag. they are NEVER on time. they rush your order. absolutely no gloves.

We had pizza delivered to our house. It was pretty quick, the pizza was fresh and hot and the driver was friendly and professional.

This used to be a different pizza shop and my family always ordered from there as it was great pizza and right across the street so we could easily just pick it up.
It has now become Twice the Deal and our experience since the change has been not the greatest.
The food tastes great when it’s made right. On multiple occasions we have had them put the wrong topping on. It’s just inconvenient and annoying so we are no longer ordering from here.
