Every time we've eaten at Waldo's it's been nothing short of superb. I ordered the Chicken Satay served with stir-fried vegetables, chili sauce and satay sauce and it was absolutely scrumptious. It came with rice so it was a good size portion for lunch even though it's just an appetizer. My friends ordered the Wild Mushroom Crepe and they loved it. Our waitress was wonderful. Very helpful, kind, patient and friendly. The restaurant was nice and clean. The only reason I give it 3 stars for atmosphere was because one of the servers stood at the bar out in the open literally picking his nose for a good 5 minutes. My friends said the ice cream dessert was good. This restaurant does not have milk alternatives though so I couldn't have a tea, coffee or latte at all. I was very surprised and disappointed with that but otherwise we enjoyed our lunch and I can't wait to eat there again.

From welcome to good-bye our dining experience was superb!! 5 STAR ALL ROUND! Wine, appetizer, main course and dessert were all exceptional!! Service was great!! We were treated like VIPs even though we were on a time limit!! Will certainly be back!!

Probably one of my favourite restaurants in all of London. The food and drinks are great, plus the staff are top-notch. The atmosphere is very relaxed and inviting. A good spot to go for dinner on a date night or catch up with a friend over lunch. It's usually not too busy on Sunday or Tuesday afternoons around noon, which can be a good time to go and avoid the crowds you sometimes see in the evenings.

What a wonderful experience! Everything about this place was great. Amazing butternut ravioli and ribeye steak. Our servers were so attentive and since we mentioned celebrating birthday and anniversary they brought 2 complimentary desserts with sparklers. I highly recommend it.

Parking: The garage is free and connected. Our vehicle was to large but a free lot around the corner.Very convenient.

We’ve always enjoyed going to Waldos for a bite to eat. Unfortunately, on our last visit after reviewing our bill, I noticed a "credit card fee" of $4.67. We paid with a gift card with the remaining balance being paid by debit. Very disappointed that Waldos is stealing money from their customers, applying a fee to all bills that doesn’t always apply. When we asked about the credit card fee, they said that they applied this to everyone’s bill. Our waitress asked us to take out our phone to remove the credit card fee to get the correct amount.
We will not be returning. I will not support a business that sneaks in extra fees that do not apply.
The simple solution if you need to charge a credit card fee, would be to ask your customer their method of payment and inform them of this fee.

I'm thoroughly disappointed because I've had Waldo's before and that was the reason I came back. This takeout was super underwhelming. Didn't take a photo but we order the Caesar salad as well and recieved next to no bacon topping and no Parm crisp, criminal. All jokes aside, wasn't happy this time around. Service was great for the limited interaction we had so the only redeeming quality with this experience.

Lovely little spot downtown London. Came in for dinner with my wife on an early afternoon and they served us dinner despite coming before their dinner service started. Our server John provided fantastic recommendations and offered a outstanding service - truly a professional experience. My wife and I both got a tenderloin surf and turf feature as it was highly recommended, and it did not disappoint! We also ordered a calamari as our app. Was described as very authentic and it was different from the deep fried calamari we typically order at most restaurants. We will most certainly be back. Cheers.

I ordered the escargot to start and was shocked when it arrived. There were so many escargot in this appetizer!! I counted ten, and i was already halfway through. It was so delicious and soooooo cheesy!! The garlic toast was thick, but very light and airy, garlicy but not greasy, and was grilled beautifully. My butternut squash ravioli with half cheese and half tomato sauce with a nice drizzling of basil oil. The cheese portion was phenomenal, and it was soo good all mixed together.

Are waiter Johnny was just excellent. This was our second time there. We will be back. The lobster bisque was awesome. We went back for lunch today again the service was excellent and food was great.
