Our second visit to Waldo's on King this week & once again the food and service flirted with perfection.
Everything comes out hot, fresh and prepared with exceptional care. We started with the grilled calamari which arrived steaming hot & grilled to perfection. A ceasar salad followed; crisp, cold greens topped with generous parmesean and lemons on the side & chicken satays thst had just the right amount of heat.
Our entrees... the rack of lamb, salmon with shrimp & rice and the butternut squash ravioli were all prepared impeccably! The sides of rice and asparagus have to also be mentioned... truly fantastic.
This may very well be the only restaurant we dine at when in London. Kudos to everyone involved... you guys and gals do great work!

Came in with my party today at around 3pm. Was advised kitchen did not open until 430. Where on your site does it say that ? Or we require reservations?

One complaint was the server did not offer to stamp our parking tickets...$16 x 3 cars?!!! The lunch was expensive too...$450 for 6?

Great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and attentive, making for a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend Waldo Restaurant and will definitely be back!

We went to Waldo’s a few weeks ago just before we moved away as a celebration.

The food was excellent! My steak was cooked to perfection and the drinks were delicious.

Our server Theresa was attentive, quick, kind and had a killer sense of humour. She took excellent care of us. We left full, buzzed and happy!

Theresa was a fantastic server. We were very well taken care of. The food was amazing. We were thrilled with the tender buttery steak and grilled calamari was beyond delicious. Thank you to Holly and the chef as well for a wonderful night out.

Took my BFF there for lunch today to honour her 65th Bday. The food was delicious! Unique bruschetta, sensational pasta dish with a delicious cream sauce, and a crème brûlée to finish off one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Awesome service too!

5 star food and service! Bala and his team provide excellent food and service! James our waiter was perfect on all fronts. Fantastic menu with many choices. The daily tenderloin feature was delicious! Our Brie in Phyllo was mouthwatering. It has been awhile since I visited Waldos....will be back for sure. Bravo!

At first I didn’t understand why shrimp and mushroom soup would pair for the NYE meal, but it was truly the best meal I’ve had in London. The soup was delicate but elevated, the shrimp was truly excellent. The main course was impressive. A delightful meal overall.

From the moment we arrived, the service was truly exceptional. Teresa went above and beyond at every turn, anticipating our needs and making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout the evening. It’s rare to experience service at this level, and it made our night feel special from start to finish.

The food was equally impressive—beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and absolutely delicious. Every dish exceeded expectations and reflected the care and attention put into the entire dining experience.

Overall, our experience was an easy 11/10. Outstanding service, excellent food, and a memorable evening all around. We highly recommend this restaurant and will absolutely be returning. Thank you Teresa and Mark for everything.

This was my first time at **Waldo’s on King**, and it will definitely be my last. It should be called where’s the waitress!

Our waitress provided extremely poor service. Another waitress had to bring our drinks because ours didn’t come to the table until about 10 minutes later. When she finally showed up, she said, *“Oh, I’m so busy—they gave me so many tables.”* She took our food order and then disappeared. We never saw her again.

We had to ask another server for a knife, and eventually I had to ask the manager to send her over just to take our drink order. She never came—another server handled it instead.

The food was just as disappointing. My husband ordered his steak medium and it arrived rare. I ordered the turkey with cranberry sauce and received two tough pieces of turkey with about three cranberries on top. What a joke.

Between the terrible service and poor food quality, this experience was extremely disappointing. I will not be returning and would not recommend this restaurant to others.

A great place for Lunch! Delicious food and great service! The specials are really special! We got our food quickly despite it being a lunch hour, I was genuinely impressed.
