I get the feeling MOST of the food is pretty darn good here. The short rib poutine was amazing! Really rich and delicious. And the brie phyllo pastry was nice but had small portions. The only thing we ordered that was so-so was the pickerel, which tasted quite fishy and the tarter sauce was too mild to balance that out. The waiting staff was very polite and helpful and overall we had a lovely time!
We had the best family dinner for a nonna bday meal. The grilled calamari and ribeye were simply what dreams are made of and our server was nothing short of exceptional! Waldo’s is a must visit for London’s culinary scene.
Every time we've eaten at Waldo's it's been nothing short of superb. I ordered the Chicken Satay served with stir-fried vegetables, chili sauce and satay sauce and it was absolutely scrumptious. It came with rice so it was a good size portion for lunch even though it's just an appetizer. My friends ordered the Wild Mushroom Crepe and they loved it. Our waitress was wonderful.
