I went through drive thru today ordered 2 drinks which cost almost $7. The one drink Strawberry Lemonade was FULL of ice, literally 6 sips of juice cost almost $4. Absolutely ridiculous wendy’s ….. do better!!!

Great location cause it’s downtown. But full of bums usually and messy, and carful if you drive there. There is an entrance and exit, but a lot of people don’t read and take the exit more convenient to them which causes lost of headaches. Also, parking lot is small and awkward, same with drive through. And if you need use of washroom, you have to ask the front, which I assume is cause of the homeless that hang out there.

The service was not great. Just take an order no greeting. The food was mediocre at best. The atmosphere was dead and the cleanliness of the place was 0 out of 10. The corner booths had garbage on the side. The floors were filthy. If the restaurant side looks that way what does the kitchen area look like??? I worked as a janitor and the first thing I look at is the cleanliness of the store, restaurant or anywhere else I go. That place doesn't know what cleaning is

Best Wendy's in town. Food is always great and you know you're not gonna be disappointed. The atmosphere is great, everything clean and new and the staff are. Friendly.

I understand if a person isn't allowed in your store but it is not okay for a Manger to shame or embarrass a customer! His big loud mouth is very rude! If you don't know who I'm talking about his a bigger set guy that yells at ladies! I was their with my mother around 2:30 when this happened.

The place was clean the staff very friendly I would definitely go back there for sure. They have a breakfast special that is just awesome and very filling, for a bit more filling menu, they have a great deal on Jr.bacon cheese burgers and the frosteys are cheap and hit the spit with warmer weather in it's way...Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space in the wheelchair spits and close to the doors....

Well this is a first for us ...After a busy day we decided to order in a quick meal for dinner. How hard it is to get an order for a basic burger wrong, is beyond me. What's missing from the burger that arrived tho ... is the hilarious part ... the BURGER!! How do you make a burger and MISS THE FLIPPING BURGER?!?!?!To top it off, we called the store and the man that answered was useless. I asked if there was someone brand new starting tonight (because I assumed it was just a 'new guy' error) and was told, with a proud arrogant tone I might add, that was all "veteren great workers working right now." I told him about this completely odd error and he didn't seem to care and was quick to say there wasn't anything he could do. It was just a half-apology that sounded like he thought we were lying.He didn't care to find out any info from us or anything to try and see how the completely odd mix up could have happened.In the end, we just said we will just post it online and let others know and have a laugh at this level of complete incompetence.It's a fast food burger joint, how do you miss the BURGER?!?!Thanks for the laugh. There's an error ... and then there's the "great veteran workers" who make burgers... without burgers....
