Fast and friendly service. Staff know their stuff and actually seem to enjoy interacting with hungry people, unlike some other burger joints run by clowns.

The restaurant is clean and wheelchair-accessible, making it a top choice for a satisfying meal. Service has improved recently, and you can get a nice hot and budget-friendly meal before work. However, orders are sometimes wrong, like a dry Baconator or missing sauces, and the drive-through screen has issues. The location is open later than others, but some staff can be rude and insensitive. Homeless people might come in and bother customers while eating. Despite the challenges, many still visit for the late hours and decent food.
