It's going down. We ordered and asked for certain toppings, I ordered a baked potato, and got a shriveled up one. Our Cheese burgers had ketchup, non of the other toppings I asked for. They seem upset when my husband brought it to there attention 😒. It's so expensive to eat out, and a treat for us. So back to cooking all meals at home. Be Kind

Service was good, and you can get a nice hot and budget friendly meal before work. It's close to the downtown area, which is both good and bad. Homeless people might come in and bother you while eating.

I’ve had many issues in the past with them getting my orders wrong and finding out when I get home. Service and accuracy has been much better in the last while. Although there’s an issue with their screen in the drive-through, and I never know if my order is correct, so I would have to ask at the window manager there tonight. Very rude, insensitive and doesn’t care about the customers needs. If you’re looking for an argument just go to the Wendy’s in Oxford Richmond...
