came here for a quick dinner, i got 2 JBCs and 6 piece nuggets. was a bit disappointed when i opened both my JBCs and there was no lettuce or tomato when it was suppose to have those two…. just got plain cheeseburgers with bacon. it was still good for its cheap price but it was a bit sad. chicken nuggets are good as always, good customer service by the lady at the front

I’m tired of fast food places messing up order after order. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo but ended up with a hamburger combo I will not be back to this location you’ve messed up I do not know how many times I’m just so over it and my fries were cold… not a satisfied customer.

Many others may experience this location differently, but every time I come to this location I get great service, food is always exactly how it should be, and made perfectly. The staff here are always cheerful, friendly and make sure your order comes to you correctly the first time... unlike some other restaurants that have a clown for a mascot. 5 stars, highly recommend this location.

This Wendy’s location is honestly the best one in London! The staff here are always super friendly and respectful. Every time I’ve gone with my kid, they’ve given her a little gift and treated us so kindly. The service is great, and you can really feel they care about their customers. If I’m going to Wendy’s in London, this is the only location I’d choose!

THANK YOU FOR THE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE (1371 Beaverbrook Ave, London Ontario) I had a great experience tonight having a late dinner with friends. We went there around 10 pm. The staff there were very friendly. I have to give two thumbs up to a specific member, Peter. He exceeded customer expectations by helping out with our orders. He also demonstrated initiative by going above and beyond to bring the food to us, after he explained that it might take a bit longer because the food were being prepared and cooked. It resulted in 100% customer satisfaction. Wendy's becomes my #1 fast food restaurant.💯% ✅

I’m not happy from this location at all drive through worker was so rude to me he forgot my fork and i had to go back to ask for a fork and he was super rude about it he was in a rush and i will never come to this location again the food was bad quality like so bad.

Wry busy store next to CAA Travel ! I’ve stopped there a few times! Clean and courteous service! They seem very busy with Skip the Dishes! We had the Chile and it was good and hot!
