I ordered 2 dozen of the mix box of there minis and they gave me the same 4 and non of the other ones without telling me and forgot to heat up one of the 4 they did give me. And mind you they have like 7- 8 different ones. Just bad service from the lady up front

Zero stars if I could. Entire family had food poisoning like nothing we have ever experienced before. Something is seriously concerning with the hygienic practices of this establishment for us to be as sick as we were. Either the meat or pies were rancid and rotten, or handled without care and with contaminated hands or surfaces. DO NOT EAT HERE. The owner below is stating that I tried to order more food which is completely untrue. We did not contact them , nor order food from them again or call them!!!!

. It was actually my sister who ordered food in London and drove 1 hour away to where we live. The owner is 1) has no actual idea who bought these pastries and is staying below that we tried to order more when we live far away and no one even contacted them as it is pointless to even engage in a discussion with someone after the experience 2) is unaware of the fact we don’t even live in London and therefore cannot and would not buy more LOL?? 3) is the one misrepresenting what happened 4) there is another review detailing food poisoning as well at a later time and stage . Your response back is disappointing and a reflection of your business. Thank you for letting me and the public know about this spinach incident with another customer. This is clearly a redundant issues and a signal of something clearly wrong. Next time, please do better due diligence with your accusations and take your customer feedback seriously and use this energy in a response to better hygienic and food handling practices.

I was really shocked and disappointed by my experience at Zaatar today. We spent around $45 on manakish, and when we got home and heated them up, the dough was completely not fresh — hard and tough to chew. The cheese was barely there, and considering we paid $6 per piece, the size was tiny compared to other places. Honestly, it felt like a complete letdown. I really didn’t expect this. 😞
