this Tim Hortons has been ridiculous for the last little while they take no pride in what they do I order a steep tea which it clearly states on the top and I get a half an hour home to find out I have a coffee which I do not drink this has happened more than once and the service from some of the staff is terrible very rude and ignorant I think the owners should be looking in to what people are saying about this Tim Hortons
very disappointed, we go here everyday sometimes several times. tried to get gift cards for teachers this morning and they said due to busy times( I was the only one in drive thru) that they could only do one, but I could go in. I asked nicely as I have three kids in the car and nope. I could totally understand if they had been busy. sad but they just lost my business!
Is the new caprese sandwich supposed to have tomato on it? We ordered two and took them back to our campsite to eat and found cheese and lettuce between the bun. Someone needs to train their employees on what constitutes a sandwich. :(.
