By far New York Fries has the worst staff ever. I may have attended on a bad day but the service was terrible. I attended at lunch today. It was a rainy day so it wasn't too busy. I waited for 30 minutes because I noticed a staff at the back hiding and pretending to do work. She refused to serve me and didn't come out for the entire lunch service. I usually support the hard working staff and try not to critize them.

Great for people who want unique fries, this place has lots of different kinds. We tried the nacho fries, and they were really good with the right mix of quality and quantity. Sadly, the staff wasn't friendly and seemed unhappy, like they were forced to do their jobs.
