Hard to say. Many issues aren't there fault like not showing all the items on the app.Some staff are helpful others aren't when it comes to issues. I heard a customer ask how to use roll up the rim other day and the staff just said "I don't know" and the lady walked away. I also once saw someone need help because the app wasn't giving the discount and the lady said "that's your app not mine" even though she was extremely nice and professional at other times.Although hit and miss if you stay for an hr you're guaranteed to see or hear a complaint lol.Also the owner store manager can sometimes have a harsh tone with employees when it's easy for customers to hear. I don't doubt the sincerity but the employee needs to be respected at all times and should always be in the back, away from other customers and employees.

Two times visit this shop in two weeks, two time met the same tall girl, then two times experienced she messed up the price of the order. Wondering if she had training then work, simply ordered two cups of coffee, one add two cream no sugar, one add two cream two sugar, she could make the different price, charging more, how? When ordered the breakfast trio, she charged each item. Why? Lack of Education ? No solution.

I saw someone share their experience working at this location so I want to finally share mine. I worked here years ago. This place is a horrible excuse for an establishment. The management treats their employees like absolute garbage and they emotionally and mentally abuse them as well. I was one of these employees who was mentally abused by the management. They constantly berated and insulted anyone who wasn’t one of their favourites including me. They called people names like idiot and stupid when they made one little mistake. They constantly yelled at their employees in front of other employees and customers. This work environment was completely toxic that when I left I got severe Ptsd from them, I was afraid to get other jobs thinking it would be the exact same as this place. They have no control over their anger management problems and have no way to manage at all. All they care about are drive thru times and themselves and not the well being of their employees. I constantly think about the harassment endlessly because of how horrible it was. I would suggest not trying to get a job here if the original Management is still there.

Last weekend, i stopped at this Tim Hortons along with my family. We ordered different stuff for everyone. There were two issues, dutchies had weired taste that couldn't be explained, and chocolate creamy chill tasted like caramel. I even asked the girl on the counter, and she said there is nothing she can do because that's all they have.There was no empathy for serving incorrect products.
