Almost forgot about this little gem when we were out for breakfast. We were a bit late for breakfast so had lunch early. Delicious quiche and homemade soup or a very fresh salad. We followed with one of the lightest most delicious lemon pies ever cooked. It’s worth the trip, trust me. They have quite a few fresh baked muffins and squares too for dessert. Always our first choice for a meal when visiting Manotick. Delicious food, reasonable prices, wonderful, friendly staff and warm, quaint surroundings. Yesterday we had our dog with us, so sat outside. The ladies came out often to check that we had everything we needed and even brought out a bowl of water for our husky. If you haven't tried this place, it's worth a visit; you won't be disappointed.
