The customer service was terrible we were never bothered while eating if we needed water refills or if our food was fine. We asked for the Quintuple wings and when we got our wings it felt like we got a triple, the portions are absolutely terrible! Wouldn’t recommend this place to even my worst enemy! NEVER AGAIN!

Disappointing experience at All Stars, Markham
Honestly, not impressed at all. The staff weren’t friendly or welcoming from the start — just felt like they didn’t care to be there. The beer selection didn’t match what was on the menu, and when I asked to taste one before ordering, they flat-out refused. Ended up trying “God of Thunder,” and honestly, it tasted awful. Definitely not worth the hype or the price. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

The main issue here isn’t the $1.75 charge — it’s the way I was spoken to when I called. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending for absolutely no reason. I wasn’t arguing or demanding anything; I literally said, “It’s fine, don’t worry about it,” and she responded with unnecessary attitude. That’s not how you speak to a customer, no matter what the situation is. You can justify the extra charge all you want, but there’s no excuse for being disrespectful and dismissive. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was what made this experience unacceptable. Your response is full of excuses and misstatements. I told you in the order notes to add one extra ranch because it wasn’t an option on Uber eats which clearly you were unaware , not to change my order without telling me, and as you said in your reply, that on Uber, we can reject the charge if we no longer wish to take it which again was misstatement The driver was still waiting when I called, so saying they “left five minutes ago” was false. Charging customers unexpectedly and then blaming them when they complain is bad business.

We came here to watch game 1 of the World Series for Toronto bs Dodgers and the atmosphere was buzzing. We booked reservations, which I highly recommend as there were walkins by the door and the groups had to wait for a seat. The service was ok but I do know it was busy. The wings and fries are very tasty. Go to flavour for wings is Pandora’s box and we shared a Greek fries and Fry Infero which was my favourite. Would come back again!

My friend wanted wings after golf and ended up here. For wings they have TOO MANY OPTIONS, you could probably spend an hour asking about the chicken flavor options as they have two pages of just that for them. Order some deep fried pickles 9/10, Greek fries 8.5/10, and 2 pounds of chicken in the pandoras box flavor (sweet Thai with some kick) 9/10.
I liked this place but again it took us a long long while before we could figure out which wings we wanted due to too many options on this menu, normally that would be good but we were both tired and hungry so that just made things take longer... all that being said it was an older spot but staff were helpful and easy for things to come and go on the table.

Exactly what you want and expect from an All Star wings. Good prices. Spice level is hard to judge when ordering. No descriptions of what each flavour is on their menu, so you need to keep your phone menu open to help.
The beer battered fries are amazing. The draught beer tasted a little stale, maybe needs new lines.
Overall would still recommend and go back. Expectations are key.

My fiancé and I came to this All Star location after hearing that our go to location (Scarborough) was closed until further notice. Our server was very pleasant and kind. We noticed that she was the only one working (besides one chef in the back) so we extended some grace to her and understood that service might take a bit longer than normal because she was working alone on the floor in a very busy restaurant, ensuring that all patrons were happy. I didn’t get this young lady’s name, but I hope she gets recognized for holding down an entire restaurant by herself; I know it couldn’t have been easy.
Our visit to this location was overall a good one - both the food and service were good, however, an issue I experienced was the lack of working sinks and soap in the women’s restroom. The automatic sinks did not turn on when I placed my hands by the sensor, and the automatic soap dispenser did not dispense any soap. Thankfully, I had not used to toilet and only needed to wash my hands after coming into the restaurant from outside, so the complimentary hand wipes sufficed. I hope this issue was fixed after I left.
