Awful experience. Ordered dinner from this location only to find a huge piece of plastic in my food. I called the store location and the man I spoke to did not even apologize. I sent pictures of the plastic and everything only for him to basically accuse me of planting the plastic in my own food. He also accused me of not ordering it from his location because I added my own guacamole from home on it. I’m so disappointed in how this situation was handled. I will never ordered from this franchise ever again and the owner needs to learn how to deal with customers in a better way.

Genuinely the worst food I’ve had in a long time. Spent 18 dollars and feel like I threw the money out. Was served literal dog quality food, looks like prison slop I had to ask what the steak was because I didn’t even recognize it as “steak” at that point it was too late to turn back as I was raised to be polite and the worker was finishing my burrito. Confidently can say I will advocate against BarBurrito for the rest of my life.

I recently stopped by Bar Burrito at 3000 Highway 7 and had an absolutely incredible experience! The falafel bowl I ordered was not only amazingly delicious, but the portion was generous and the flavors were all perfectly balanced. What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. They even took the time to answer my questions about the menu and made some great recommendations. Overall, I'm so impressed with Bar Burrito and can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious menu items. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by - you won't regret it!
