I had a great experience at Bar Burrito! The burritos are packed with fresh ingredients, and the flavours are so well balanced. The staff are friendly, fast, and make the food exactly how you want it. The place is clean, the service is quick, and the value for the price is excellent. We come to this location all the time despite the distance. We always get the friendly service and good size of meal. Today we got these kids meal that is like half of what we use to get, and when I talk to the counter she said that's the normal size and we use to get sour cream for the kids chips and surprised to know it is not included. Well, a place make or break it's all depends on the staff. I guess I don't need to travel to this location anymore.

Went in today and placed orders for a burrito bowl and extreme fries. There was only one person and I requested chicken for extreme fries but he kept insisting it comes with beef only. I politely told him no I want chicken and not beef three times. Finally the fourth time I pointed at the menu and told him it does come with chicken options as per your menu so why are you telling me it only comes with beef? He went in pretending to confirm and within a second came back saying yea it does come with chicken options. If you work there, don't you know the menu which is also right in front of you? This is just bad customer service at this location.
