The service here was amazing. The employees were the sweetest people ever, the owner was really kind, and the place was spotless! One of the best ice cream places I’ve ever went. Definitely would recommend this place if you’re looking for some delicious ice cream!

Terrible Customer Service!! I originally called on Monday to get a quote on an ice cream cake. I spoke to a gentleman who gave me quote of $73 for a medium sized ice cream cake. I called back on Wednesday night and spoke with Emily to place the order who informed me that the price was actually $120. She contacted the person i originally spoke to and just told me I was given the wrong price. I asked her if she could honour the price and that was I was originally quoted. Emily told me "You can go to another baskin robins as they will have a different price point." I was so taken back that I was told to go somewhere else. Spoke to the manager who also said they will not be honouring the price I was originally quoted. What's the point in asking for a quote if they are gonna go back and say no! Very disappointing!!!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff! My go to ice cream place with my child as it’s guarantee a pleasant visit. After visiting other BR locations with less than ideal service, we prefer to drive a bit further and come to this location instead.
I ordered a large chocolate mousse royale, first of all she couldn’t take out the ice cream and since the young lady staff was struggling so much she didn’t add full three scoops! Finally when she pour the milk shake in the cup, it was not full, so instead of adding more ice cream or milk, she just shook the cup so that it looks full! Never going to this branch again! Very dissatisfied from over all service.

Our go-to baskin robbins when we want a pick-me-up after a T&T run but also to pick-up cakes for all occasions, or even no occasion at all besides just wanting an ice cream cake. You can be assured there’s always a great selection of flavours and sizes. Superb service and friendly staff, they always do a great job with the cake inscription and once even drew the most perfect adorable cartoon train on a cake for our nephew that absolutely loves trains. It made his day (probably his week, maybe even his month). She didn’t hesitate to say yes, made it even more elaborate than the reference photo, and did an incredible job. This place always goes above and beyond.
