✨ I just wanted to leave a huge THANK YOU to the amazing young man working at Baskin Robbins. He was incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful — took his time going over every little detail of my son’s birthday cake with me. He asked questions, checked things with me carefully, and made sure everything was perfect.
What really touched me was his dedication: although the store opens at 11:00 AM, he came in at 6:00 in the morning to prepare the cake, so I could pick it up by 9:30 AM. That’s beyond customer service — that’s true care and responsibility!
The cake turned out even better than I imagined — it was beautiful, delicious, and full of love. 💖🎂 I’m incredibly grateful for all the effort he put into this. Thank you so much! 🙏 (Here’s a photo of the cake he made — it speaks for itself!)

We’ve had an amazing experience at this store. The manager, Andy, always gives us a two-dollar discount on the cake, because we’ve mentioned that all the other locations charge two dollars less. Andy is very friendly and always willing to help us out. We’ve been coming here for months and always get the best service. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, and the ice cream is simply amazing.

Terrible Customer Service!! I originally called on Monday to get a quote on an ice cream cake. I spoke to a gentleman who gave me quote of $73 for a medium sized ice cream cake. I called back on Wednesday night and spoke with Emily to place the order who informed me that the price was actually $120. She contacted the person i originally spoke to and just told me I was given the wrong price. I asked her if she could honour the price and that was I was originally quoted. Emily told me "You can go to another baskin robins as they will have a different price point." I was so taken back that I was told to go somewhere else. Spoke to the manager who also said they will not be honouring the price I was originally quoted. What's the point in asking for a quote if they are gonna go back and say no! Very disappointing!!!
This chain is definitely better in Canada than the US. Had some very unique local flavors

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff! My go to ice cream place with my child as it’s guarantee a pleasant visit. After visiting other BR locations with less than ideal service, we prefer to drive a bit further and come to this location instead.
