With so many bubble tea and boba cafes around, it can be hard to decide where to go—especially if you don’t drink boba often. Boba Boy is one of the few bubble tea shops I’ve returned to many times, and they’ve consistently delivered every single visit.
The drinks are reasonably priced, and they often have deals when you buy two, which makes it great for sharing or trying different flavours. Quality-wise, it’s reliable, consistent, and never disappointing.
This time, we tried the Osmanthus Matcha, and it was absolutely delicious. The drink was nutty and creamy thanks to the matcha cream, with a light, fragrant floral note from the osmanthus. The flavours worked beautifully together — a really well-balanced and elegant combination.
Service was efficient too. The wait time was short, only about 5 minutes, even during a busier period.
If you’re looking for a reliable boba spot, especially one that offers good value, consistent quality, and unique flavours, Boba Boy is definitely worth coming back to.

I got the osmanthus oolong bliss and it was so sweet and watery at the same time. Should've been a red flag when I wasn't asked for sugar and ice level. The cup wasn't even wiped it was so sticky. The only thing that made it drinkable was the osmanthus jam. Wish I saw the other reviews here as this is worst bubble tea I ever had for $8.

Overall kind of meh, prooobably would recommend going to another place for drinks at pacific mall. Especially since there are so many options.

Saw this place and thought we'd take a break from our usual and give this a go. We ordered a mango banana and paid the extra for extras , real mangos, and boba. It was meh, only tasted bananas, mango chunks had no flavour, and to add the banana peel pieces were not supposed to be in there..yuck.. couldn't bother to go back to tell them we just won't be coming back Lesson learned: Check Google reviews before trying anything like this place

Thought I'd try something new (terrible mistake) Worst bubble tea I've had. The mango slush was not sweet at all, didn't taste right whatsoever. Save your money, there are much better bubble tea places in the mall!

The milk tea looked extremely murky and that was the first sign I knew I was in for a pitiful beverage. If I burned the 8 bucks I paid for it I’d have gotten better value for my money. Avoid at all costs.

Service was not great. I stood there for at least 5 minutes while the lady at the cash was taking selfies.. the gentleman that was there saw me and just stepped aside (now unsure if he worked there). I waited and no one even started my drink for awhile.. and the funny thing is it took 2 minutes to prepare..

One star is too much. A chubby female staff is very rude, I witnessed a fly flew inside the drink toppings, and it was drown inside. The staff still used the toppings in front of us. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN
