I’ve had a consistently disappointing experience at this Booster Juice location, particularly during daytime hours. The newer staff members often appear undertrained and unfamiliar with the drink preparation process. On several occasions, key ingredients have been out of stock, making it impossible to order standard menu items. In addition to the poor service, the overall cleanliness and organization of the store are concerning. At times, the floor has been slippery and messy, and essential items like straws and napkins are frequently missing or in short supply. I did reach out to head office in hopes of seeing improvement, but unfortunately, no meaningful changes have been made. This location has become one of the most frustrating in the area, and I’ve chosen to stop visiting until the service and store conditions are properly addressed.

The people working right now were not properly trained and were rude. 1) they failed to take my order even though one was free and wasnt doing anything, they realized after 4-5 minutes that they havent even taken my order and by thn whole store was empty, there were only 2 customers to begin with so no rush. 2) they charged me 14$ for 9$ juice. How the math worked on idea and the indian girl tried to blame me saying this is what it is, another one had to check to understand I was charged wrongly. Overall not good experience

FYI THEY DELETED MY PREVIOUS PICTURE. Whatever you do, just don’t order their açai bowl it’s basically watered down and will only have 3 banana cuts with a pinch of granola lol

Ok so I don't usually leave reviews but I had to this time. When in visit this location in usually get my 2 very pleasant servers. lately I've been going and I'm getting this younger girl server and she is absolutely terrible. Not only is her customer service bad, she looks absolutely grumpy, but to top it off my drinks never come out good. She misses ingredients, she doesn't listen to my order, she does the job like she is forced to do this. Please retrain with better customer service skills and how to make the drinks properly, always comes out chunky with terrible consistency.

Ordered açai bowl online and it’s not eh first time that it wasn’t ready but actually it wasn’t even acknowledged so the gift was just something in the stool/ chair at the back and was on the phone. This is 5th or 6th time bad experience. There should be some courtesy or a chime that tell the employee that order came through. She took her sweet time to get off of chair and put her phone away and walk very slowly. Maybe she didn’t want to be at work. Really bad on the brand name

I ordered a mind over matcha and it was soooo watered down and should be a darker colour like the picture. They messed up big time. No flavour whatsoever. I always order this drink at other locations and this is the first time I received a watered down drink. So disappointed.

This is my absolute favorite location to go to for Booster Juice. I used to live across from a Booster Juice but would travel to this one because they would make it better, actually filled the drinks, and really cared about their customers. The best person at this location was Shakira, who always took the time... or, in my case many times, would prepare it before hand if I called in because I was running late. She's the kindest person there and made all the difference.
I was very saddened to hear that she was moving on from this location. I've visited and called in twice since, and interacted with a woman named Mallory. She was incredibly unpleasant and accused me for arrangements with Shakira, that she was no longer around, so I would no longer receive that. I was so very surprised by the treatment. Shakira always treated me with kindness and that I mattered as a community member and person, which is why I visited this location.
I'm not thrilled by the recent interaction with Mallory, but I'm hopeful that there will be someone else when I visit next time; otherwise, I will probably stop visiting this location. Hopefully the new management will take this into consideration - bad service is just bad business 👎🏼
Omg this booster juice location makes it unlike any other. The staff are super helpful and very friendly. I would recommend this spot to everyone.

This is the BEST booster juice location ever! I travel from Mississauga every weekend because the smoothies are made the best here and the staff is ALWAYS friendly, the vibes are always chill, and the drinks are ALWAYS ON POINT! I mean, where else can you get a delicious, healthy, and customizable drink made with LOVE?
I've tried almost every smoothie on the menu, and let me tell you, they're ALL WINNERS! From the classic Strawberry Banana to the more adventurous Peanut Butter Banana, every sip is a taste sensation!
Highly recommend coming here! :)
