I went to this place for the first time and was delighted to the customers and their taste .odour of the good and well behaved staff. Had vega and non veg menus very prompt service.

My family and I had an incredible time at this restaurant and the service was top notch. We ordered the saffron chicken with rice and the Fettuccine Kara Mia. The flavours were delicious, and the portions were generous. Definitely coming back!

Based on the reviews, Kara Mia Restaurant - Italian Steakhouse is a real gem in Markham with great food, amazing steaks and pasta. The food flavour is on the lighter side but with great complexity, and the chef’s seasoning and care can be tasted in every dish. The “saffron sauce” is outstanding and very creamy. A must-try is their Kara Mia Special, which comes with steak, ribs, and chicken served alongside pasta, and the saffron poutine is absolutely worth ordering. The service is exceptional, with staff who are kind and provide actual recommendations. The manager personally checks in on every table, and the restaurant truly takes feedback to heart. The place is small but very cozy, which makes it feel welcoming, and prices are reasonable for the quality. While the atmosphere felt a little lethargic for a weekend, and the online menu is not updated to reflect certain dishes and price points, the food and hospitality make it a great place to visit.
