Our family of 19 visited the Markham and 14th Boston Pizza and was really impressed with the service. Mike, our waiter, was wonderful—friendly, patient, and very attentive without hovering. He made sure our drinks were always full and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. It's rare to get service this thoughtful. Highly recommend asking for Mike!

I got to work here as a “celebrity server” under Phoebe. She was extremely helpful and taught me many things about serving. I couldn’t eat the food I was serving but it looked so good, but I did get to eat my own food later on and it was pretty good. Phoebe was very kind and friendly, and I appreciate Boston Pizza for giving me this opportunity.
Participated in the Boston pizza celebrity night. It was an unforgettable night for the girls and Ennius and Mya really stood out. Thanks to the whole crew for such an amazing experience for the team. 100% will be back!!

I recently visited this restaurant and tried a few of their new menu items, and everything was outstanding. We had the new Crispy Chicken Vodka Penne Pasta, the Garlic Shrimp Mac and Cheese, and the Stuffed Crust Mozzarella Sticks. Each dish was flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly.
The crispy chicken with the vodka sauce was a great combo—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The garlic shrimp mac and cheese was comforting and delicious, with the right balance of cheesy and garlicky goodness. And the stuffed crust mozzarella sticks were a fun surprise—crispy on the outside and packed with gooey cheese inside.
On top of the great food, our waiter Mike was excellent. Friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal.
Overall, amazing experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
