Dishonest operation. Their average prices are higher than other BBQ take-out. They don't provide receipt for their charge breakdown. Suspecting they cheat on food weighing (they added much sauce BEFORE weighing char-siu). Too fatty on char-siu though already asked for not too fatty. Despite the food quality isn't that bad, definitely will not go back. They intend to cheat customers.

Very good roasted duck. Bbq pork is also really good, make sure you ask for a peice with a bit of fat on it otherwise it'll be dry.

A welcome addition in the area near 16th Avenue and Woodbine Avenue. This Char Siu Manor sells more than Char Siu (bbq pork), it also sells other typical Chinese BBQ.
They have daily special such as roast BBQ pork with rice for $10.00 CDN (including tax) and other single item with rice daily. I If you want 2 types of meat, they also have deal at $11.75 CDN (including tax).
The portion is good, rice is steam hot (which I prefer), it comes with some veggies and a complimentary Chinese soup.
The place isn't that big but it offers some tables and chairs for a quick meal. It's self-serve sauce and utensils, no service, just more like a fast food cafeteria style.
Most people buy take-out and brings it home. There is a nostalgic arcade game near the entrance. I think the food is good, nice portion, tasty, modern, clean.
The butcher chef is courteous and nice. What I like and appreciate buying meat here is that if you ask for 1lb, the butcher will try to give you as close as 1lb, we all know it's hard to be exact when meat such as pork has bones which is not easily to get close to the exact weight. I am scared of buying Chinese BBQ from other stores coz if you ask for 1lb of meat, they cut it purposely to be like 1.5 lb which is way more meat for 2 people.
Here, the butcher was 1.19 lb for my bbq pork which was very close to my requested 1lb, I will definitely be back.
I requested to have half fat-half thin BBQ pork and the butcher was able to find one exactly to my request. So good!
Highly recommended. I tried it the roast pork, BBQ pork, would like to try the BBQ duck or ma po tofu or sweet & sour pork next time.

Super disappointing Chinese BBQ. Some of the worst I've had in a while, but first markham has spoiled me. I would recommend you drive there instead or walk to T&T and get Chinese BBQ there. Yes, a supermarket has better Chinese BBQ than this dedicated joint.

Absolutely disgusting experience. I bought four lunch boxes this Thursday, the crispy roast pork was terrible — it smelled like urine, was extremely greasy, and almost all of it was just fatty meat. The service used to be much better when middle-aged ladies worked here. Now I don’t know if the owner has changed, but the people working there are a young woman and two young men. Their service isn’t as good as before, and the food is downright terrible. I’ll never go there again. If I could, I wouldn’t even give one star.

Picked up a BBQ pork lunch special on a whim, preferring a locally owned spot compared to the pizza pizza next door. Gotta say was very impressed, the flavour on this food was phenomenal, service was polite & quick in and out the door.
Overall a wonderfully unexpected experience.

Always good service and great food there. Go earlier to avoid getting shake. If you're going late you can't expect the good stuff to still be available.
All these picky people that gave one star because the skin wasn't cut symmetrical with the meat you're ridiculous, you need to stop eating out and find something to do with your life - all you do is complain. This is a Chinese BBQ spot, not the Four Seasons my guy.

Not the best tasting HK bbq, and a bit expensive. But the lady owner is always friendly.
Really like the vintage street fighter arcade in the store.
