I live far away, ten kilometers away, because the roasted duck tastes good. This afternoon, I chopped half of the roasted duck, but I couldn’t see the joint in the middle of the duck’s girdle. Is there any other duck breast or duck back? I don’t know, but this kind of business lacks integrity. No matter how delicious it is, I will never come back!

Treating myself to a rare Cantonese Roasted Goose and half a Rose Wine Essence Premium Top Soya Sauce Free Range Chicken for the wife at this relatively new hidden gem, close to T&T!
Excellent product with authentic, exemplary seasoning. IMO, one of the best, if not the best Cantonese roasted meat joints in the area ( Richmond Hill/Markham ). Tough choice between 'Excellent BBQ House' inside Richlane Plaza and this place. CSM might win out by a whisker because of their cheaper price point!
BTW, though obviously, this 'Canadian rendition' Roasted Goose of mine fell short of some of Hong Kong's finest. However, IMHO, for the rarity, the absolutely delectable spot-on 'did-not-cut-corner' marinade/seasoning, the resulting taste profile and the firmer, chewier 'free-range' texture of the meat.......I have zero complaints!!
As for the chicken, it was the third time I got this perfectly executed and flavourful bird for the wife....need I say more?

I would give it zero star if the system allows me to. It’s such a shame as they do provide decent taste bbq duck and roast pork! It’s unfortunate that the business is run by dishonest and unethical people. It has been the second time they tried to steal from the customer. If they want to make more profit, they can consider charging more for their product. However, trying to take food away from the customers as they were chopping up the food is just unethical and unacceptable. I would recommend you to buy your roast pork somewhere else. If you do shop here, make sure you watch them preparing your food if you want to get what you pay for.

I bought a roasted pork ( the sign is $8.50/lb + 10% off after 5pm) When my turned, i said want the special one, she showed me, but i said thats too fat and not too good, i requires other piece, they didn't tell its different price. When the cashier tell its $33.30 for 2 lbs, i asked how come so expensive, they said its different price, i was so mad, but still buy it. When i back home, i try to calculate it, i remember it's 2.31lb, x $13.99(lb) =$32.32 + 13% tax =$36.52 10% off = $32.87 How can they charge $33.30 They are very bad and not honest. Foods not really taste good, i wont back again.

Today I went to a barbecue shop near Woodbine and 16th Street to buy roast pork. There is a discount after 5 o'clock on weekdays, so I wanted to try their quality. I realized that I was cheated?? because I bought the roast pork that day. When I got home and opened it, the overnight roast pork I ate was frozen and hard. I’m sure I won’t be disappointed next time!

If you don’t want to buy a lunch box with roasted pork belly, if you like roasted pork belly, please go elsewhere. The price is moderate but the meat is small. It’s not worth your time.
I bought a half roasted duck for take out yesterday , I saw it was cut out from a whole duck by the lady butcher who used to be the cashier there right from the shop opening , she must be the owner as she is fully experienced in handle chopping and money collecting and customers serving , out of my dismay the half roasted duck in my box had five pieces of duck necks , my god , just imagine how long would be that duck neck added together by the other half “ monster long neck roasted duck “ come on , do not cheat and finesse your customer , also the content inside the box is lesser than before , 1 piece of the duck drum was missing also some other parts here and there . Others like selling more weights than you asked , ribs cover the butts part underneath when you buy the ribs !
Avoid and check your roasted duck necks if you still want to buy from this dishonest vendor! I would rather go somewhere else to buy !!!

Super no frills kind of spot to get good char siu roast pork on rice. This combo came with a free soup or chrysanthemum tea.
Reminded me of my days in HK where I'd order this dish every other day! For $10, I got a massive amount of food. Honestly, I could have shared it between 2 people.
