If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst coco location. Poor customer service from staff & management. You order 6 drinks and they don’t have drink trays and expect you to buy a bag. It’s like buying a drink and they don’t give you a lid or straw and charge you extra $
Amazing experience, we got the Bubble Gaga and it was fantastic. Definitely going there again for more

I went to the Coco Fresh Tea and Juice and placed an order a bit before noon today on January 29, 2025.
The customer service (a lady - about 5'4 and in her middle age, body build above average weight, Mandarin speaking) was very rude and I asked for her name. She refused to give me her name. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she told me to speak with another lady at the store. Indeed, she, herself, who served me was the supervisor.
As she refused to give me her name, I took a picture as I planned to email to the head office to file my complaint. She demanded that I delete the picture and she said it is her privacy to take a picture inside the store (which is opened to public and there are surveillance cameras in the store and we the customers are also being recorded?). I suggested she call the police. She did not call the police but she instructed the other worker not to give out my drinks until I deleted the picture (in her Mandarin and her behavior is very low). I don't speak Mandarin but I can understand a bit. I spoke to her in English and she responded to me in English all the time. She spoke in other languages when the customer does not speak that language (and it just so happens I can understand a little bit). I told her to refund me and she refused. She again advised the male worker not to give me the drinks until I deleted the picture. The other lady also told me to delete the picture and they both assured me to delete the picture permanently. They demanded to look into my phone. I felt that these two ladies tried to retain me in the store and my child is under 18 of age.
I went to the York Region Police Station after that. The Police Officer confirmed that I can take the picture and they have no rights to demand that I delete the picture on my phone. The picture I took has been shared with Coco Fresh Tea and Juice head office.
I also just tried to call the store to inquire when the owner or manager will be back. They hung up on me twice.

Lastly, I decided to dispose all the 4 drinks I got from this place.
As of February 2, 2025, the owner or the a manager of this franchise store still has not reached out to me via email. As a customer, I guess that the owner/manager accepts and allows these two female workers’ low and disciple behaviors (towards the customers). Of course, I will never make any purchases from this location.
This CoCo at this location is the worst bubble tea shop. Just go to The Alley in the same plaza.
A nice bubble tea place, featuring all the usual flavours with various combinations, large venue with ample seating, made to order with efficient service.
I don’t know why this store has different rules or product than other locations. I always get a milk tea with brown sugar in it, no pearls. They were unable to make that. I then went to my alternative, a milk tea with a matcha scoop. Was told to order something off the menu. I was made to feel like I was suggesting something ridiculous but plenty of other places have done both of these for me including two other cocos locations.
As an ex coco employee and a customer for many years. I never had sour milk tea.
I told the worker immediately and she states that’s how the drink always has been. Sour milk tea. So I left thinking maybe they just messed up one drink.
Upon getting home the two identical drinks have different color and the second drink isn’t as sour as the first one………
There must be something wrong with the milk tea this time. When I reported it to the staff, they told me, "Oh, that's just how he is." I ordered over 400 cups of milk tea at Coco and I am also a former employee. I hope the boss can reflect it properly after seeing it.
I coco bubble tea SOMETIMES because there is one time I brought a oolong pearl tea and holy moly it tasted like $3 warmed milk
Quality gets worse and worse. Taro milk tea has no taro in it like it used to be. Just Taro flavoured powder with Idk what.

I ordered large size fresh taro milk but can barely feel taro, only milk. It is much different with what I got from other stores. While I thought the recipe of all drinks shall be the same.
One of the worst bubble tea franchises. Why do people come here?
They alley is across the lot ! Go there instead.
