The customer service here is quite atrocious. Emo guy at the counter seemed super annoyed at people asking about their orders because their online system didn’t verify that the order was ready. Not wanting to bother him I ended up waiting over 30 mins for an order that was ready long ago but they said not to ask them about the status of their drinks until the online order was confirmed complete.

Ended up wasting time staring at these workers who were basically headless chickens not even call out my drink order that was literally sitting on their counter for a good amount of time.

The deals are good but the staff are completely incompetent and have no idea how customer service works. I am convinced a group of chimps with a week of training would perform better than the folks here.

This incident took place on January 31, 2026 in the evening.

Best Coco I’ve been to. Lots of seating and fast service.

The staff were very friendly and patient. The store's decor was also very warm and inviting.

Standard cocos, nothing special.

Ordered a LARGE buy one get one free drink with the colouring. Both drinks weren’t sealed properly and spilled in the bag they gave us and the car. Called and asked for a remake of the drink, they told us we could come in and get one. So we did, when we got there we asked if we would get two drinks or one, they said one. Okay, we asked for a pearl milk tea but later switched to a brown sugar pearl milk tea. They said they already made the pearl milk tea, and we said it’s fine we’ll take it but they still decided to make the brown sugar milk tea and threw away the already made pearl milk tea in our face and handed us a regular size brown sugar milk tea.

If you said no to the compensation of two drinks why throw away the other drink when we were willing to take it instead ? 😂 let’s not forget the eye rolling and talking in Chinese about us

ordered 7 drinks through their app. placed the order around 5:35pm.. i chose 6:15pm pickup time as it was for a gathering and i would go pick it up along the way

i got a notification that my order was ready for pickup at 5:45pm…….. what is the point of me selecting a pickup time then???????

now my drinks have been sitting for more than 30mins, ice levels are all off AND i ordered one hot drink, which is now NOT EVEN HOT.

does the staff just not read instructions or what????

Gave out the wrong order. Although the drink is correct, the sugar amount and ice amount is different. Please double check the order number before handing it out

great experience! The baristas were patient, the store was clean and had a nice ambience. Bathroom is a little small, not accessible.

I went to Coco’s with a party of nine, and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, we were told the dine-in section was closed until 4pm. Not just for us, but for everyone. While the staff mentioned they had their reasons, none of them seemed to apply to our group, and we asked politely if an exception could be made. Despite this, they declined to serve us. We came prepared to dine in and were turned away without much consideration. It was a letdown, especially for a group of our size that was ready to support the business. We won’t be returning.

Good value for great drinks

Went to cocos today, was not busy at all a few customers only on a weekend night. However, when placing the order I asked for no ice as clearly labelled on the sticker, the workers clearly added ice to it. Usually it’s not a big deal, but my family member is sensitive to ice. We went up and said they messed up the order, they did not care to change the order, remake or do anything about it. Poor service, bad customer service, will not be coming back to this location again.
