Saturday morning, breakfast was clearly advertised until 11 a.m., but it was already closed at 10. This is extremely disappointing for a Hilton property. Guests expect reliability, especially on weekends when breakfast should last until 11. Instead, Hilton Markham decides to end service whenever it suits them. Honestly, it felt more like a fast-food than a 4-star hotel. Definitely not the level of credibility Hilton is supposed to stand for.
Poor customer service from front desk staff too management. Will not stay at this location again.
