The room was large, clean and comfortable. The service at the front desk needs work. Often there was only one person and a line of people regardless of time of day.
Would have also appreciated to have slippers in the room rather than asking for them. Bottled water was provided in the room for a charge unless you are a hiltons member.

In my opinion, this is one of the best hotel values in Markham — and possibly in the Toronto arthea as well. I’ve stayed here several times and have never been disappointed.
The hotel is consistently clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Just as importantly, the staff have always been excellent — friendly, professional, and helpful.

The spa was mediocre at best. My mom and I came only because we got a gift card gifted to us. We did a massage and facial combo. The facial, nothing special, u can get the same level and better ones at other facial places. The massage. Not worth it at all. I asked the masseuse multiple times that I can take hard and deep pressure, she barely added strength. By the time I tried to tell her the 4th time, my session was over.
