We went at fairly late night and grabbed the today special. They had no more steamed rice so he gave us roasted duck instead (which I actually preferred ). Plus, the meal also comes with a soup on the side too!
To say they were generous is an understatement, cause that take out bag was heavy! The steamed cabbage was such a nice touch and balance to the meal. The soy sauce they gave was really good, but i wish they gave us more due to the amount of food, lol. The problem was perfectly crispy and the duck was meaty and juicy. The soup was comforting liquid gold and was perfect for a cold winter night. We can definitely see why this spot is a local fan favorite!

Scammers!!! They put garbage bones at the bottom of the roast pork and charged me $40 of meat. Never going back. I would rate them negative stars if there was the option.

Took this photo last night. I was in the washroom washing hands with my kid and I watched the chef use the washroom and walk out without washing his hands. I followed him and saw him go back inside this very exact store front. This is not the first time I’ve seen them not washing their hands and going back to prepare/cook food. How hard is it to wash your hands before you go back and touch other people’s food? It’s disgusting and health and safety should really flag and fine them. This alone deserves negative stars.

Yes, there will always be a line at this BBQ stall or the red one. However, preferably I do like coming to this one since the portions are so big. You get tons of rice, meat and veg. In addition, the free soup! The wait is worth if you have time and definitely recommend eating here for amazing BBQ pork. Probably one of the best BBQ pork in the GTA. Note, bring cash.

This place and the place two stores down always have a line. Waiting like 35 minutes on a Sunday Afternoon, august long weekend. I got the three meat combo for $10.99. The meat portions were substantial and hefty compared to other places. I legit got 4 pieces of pork belly across the hall at like fei fei's (I ate before waiting). The rice was for sure overcooked, not the best.
I'm not sure if i would wait 30 minutes again but the portions sizes were amazing for the price of like 11 bucks. Def 5 stars for overall.

Line up 40mins here for noodle, however, they told sold out when it's my turn. The Duck and the ChaSiu both were not good, hard and like overnight leftover. Not tasty at all. I have lost my interest on finish everything but threw it onto Garbage bin after ate about half of it. Won't come back again. Very disappointed and it's a time wasting for 40 minutes line up.
