The burger is just not what it used to be, tastes like Wendy’s honestly. Buns are soggy and cool, veggies are cold, the cheese is not even melted. Please hire people who know how to cook a proper five guys burger.

Went to this location on the 30th to find out they were closed for renovations until October 1st at 11am. Decided to come back on October1st at 4pm only to find out that they are still closed and crossed out the new open date with marker and wrote over it with a new date.

Great fries today. Actually came for Five Guys fries and ended up ordering two burgers, as well. Wish they hadn’t overcooked the patties. The double patties were shrunk to 2/3 of the bun size. And Little Burger patty was almost half size of the bun. With overcooked patties, tough texture and less flavour to it. I enjoy a good cheese burger, I may or may not try this joint next time, but I like the location.

The burger is definitely a better one, above average. There are many toppings to choose from. The fries are tasty and even better with vinegar. I went there at lunchtime, and the sun shined directly to most of the tables. It is just very hot to sit there and too bright to sit & chat with a few friends. You basically eat and then leave. Well, free peanuts are bonus.

Five Guys in Markham is exactly the restaurant you expect from this chain. It is a clean establishment that is typically well-maintained and staffed by friendly and knowledgeable employees. The food is exactly as you expect from Five Guys – delicious and satisfying. The service is typically prompt and courteous.
They’ve had some issues recently with some of their soda machines, but they try to fix them as quickly as possible. Overall, this is a dependable experience you can count on for a great meal.
Parking: The restaurant is located in a strip mall with plenty of free parking and a well-lit, safe environment.

Came in for a small cup of fries and nothing else. They had 2 staff members pumping out burgers non stop while I waited for 15 mins for someone to scoop fries that were sitting in the warmer the whole time. It took them less than 5 seconds to prepare my order but I had to wait 15 mins for soggy fries.
