The burger and fries a the Markham location are consistently better tasting than other 5 guys locations I've been to, including the US. It's a busy location, so expect some wait, but the staff is organized and works fast. Location is quite clean, staff is polite and the burger / fries are as good as they get at 5 guys.

At the end of the day it's simply a burger joint; so that's the atmosphere, however the restaurant is bright with large windows. We already know it's the food bringing us back. Bacon burger with small Cajun fries. Extremely delicious.

Tried Five Guys recently and loved it! The veggie sandwich was surprisingly tasty, cheesy, and full of flavor. Paired it with a strawberry Oreo milkshake – absolutely awesome. Their cheeseburgers are fantastic as always. Definitely worth the visit!

Restaurant kept fairly kept clean. Food seems consistant. They wear gloves in the kitchen. Plus Five guys is way better than Burger Priest, Shake Shack or most other burger franchises.

This location here in Markham is by far the worst location I've been too. The staff follow the GM and are rude to the customers. The GM refuses to give his name and so do his staff. They like to do things differently here and divert from corporate structure. I will never return to this location ever again. The extra patties are suppose to be in a bowl not wrapped in foil. These 2 employees especially are terrible people, rude and confrontational. I will be passing along my complaints to head office down in the US.

I love Five Guys; the food is fantastic and high quality for fast food. I stopped into this location while charging my car across the plaza and got some takeout to eat after the drive home. The service was good, and as far as takeout goes, it held up incredibly well despite getting stuck in heavy traffic and it sitting for longer than ideal. No paper straws here; they use the plastic-feeling ones that are compostable, which is bonus points to me.

TLDR: Burger chain that freshly grilles their patties after you order. You can add unlimited toppings as listed on their menu for free and add things like bacon for an extra charge. Their fries are also made fresh to order.
-[PATTY MELT] $9.99 🧀 Burger patty between slices of American-style cheese on an inside-out sesame seed bun that is grilled to perfection. Toppings of your choice! 🥓 I forgot to pay an extra $1 for bacon lol but I added mayo, relish, onion, lettuce, pickle, tomato, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, A1 sauce, BBQ sauce and topped it off with hot sauce for free 🍔 Extremely messy and fell as I was eating likely because I overloaded it with toppings 🫣 but the flavors all worked together though
-[POUTINE] $8.99 🍟 Not sure if I could have ordered this with fries that had already been seasoned in cajun but that would have been amazing 🍅 I like to eat my poutine with ketchup and the portion given for this is quite generous
📝 Free serve yourself peanuts while you wait 📝 It's on the pricy side but when real ingredients are used such as at places like here, it does leave you feeling full for longer so I don't mind 🥳
