DO NOT BOOK THIS FOOD TRUCK OR ICE CREAM TRUCK!
I recently booked the ice cream truck affiliated with this company for my husband’s birthday party with 140+ guests. Based on the recommendation of my neighbour, who is friends with Mike the owner, I went ahead and booked the ice cream truck. When you make a commitment to an event, and confirm less than a week before....show up! Absolutely disgusted with the level of unprofessionalism showed! Will NEVER support this company
Before we make any appreciation posts, we would like to explain a few large issues that were unexpected.
Kawartha Pyrofest was supposed to have 5 food trucks, supplied by THE GREAT CANADIAN FOOD TRUCK, and they never showed, plus never emailed or called.
We also experienced 3 tent vendors cancel on the event day due to the heat, and then our entertainment for the children canceled due to an emergency.
