Haidilao is very popular but it does not affect the service quality. There are sour plum soup, scented tea, potato chips, ? in the waiting area, and the lady at the front desk also gave each guest a small bag of popcorn. Thumbs up to the waiter at our table, Miss Mika? She provided considerate and thoughtful service, down to peeling shrimp shells and picking shrimp threads for guests. Make a wish and hope that the Markham store will launch a barbecue set meal in the near future~

My mom and I went to Hai Di Lao for lunch with our 1.5 year-old baby. Though we had to wait a bit, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. When they saw we had a baby with us, they went out of their way to make things easier for us. Special thanks to Leyla for her service at our table. Upon seeing our baby, she immediately provided a high chair and even offered complimentary egg custard, fried buns, and toys. The baby ate a lot and was very happy. And to top it off, they even gave us a discount. Excellent service all around. We'll definitely be coming back.

Food was amazing and the service was provided was top tier! Our server Eva was so nice and helpful. We ordered the 19.99 set and it was such a good deal for so much food. I personally recommend the tomato broth but the Tom Yum Soup broth was nice as well.

AMAZING service and delicious food!! My friends and I came here to celebrate a birthday and we came after 9pm for the $3 beef special. We experienced top notch service as the servers kept on refilling our waters and Cici even prepared a surprise in one of their rooms for the birthday girl. She prepared balloons, music and a fruit platter. Cici helped make her birthday a very enjoyable and special one and I will definitely be returning back to this location!!
