Based on the reviews, Haidilao Hot Pot Markham is consistently great, offering authentic Chinese hot pot with fresh and delicious food. The broth options are rich and flavorful, with a huge variety and a high quality condiment and snack/dessert bar. The atmosphere is lively yet comfortable. The service is excellent, with staff who are attentive, patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The service is described as some of the best customer service ever experienced at a restaurant, with staff going the extra mile to make guests feel welcomed. The experience is top-tier and memorable, making it a solid and safe choice for a hot pot meal. It is expensive but cheaper than in the U.S.
