Derek helped us when we got there as this was our first time. Made the experience so much smoother and better. We loved the food and the kids loved the experience. Derek was very attentive and looked after is really well. We will absolutely go back!!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Haidilao today.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The tomato soup bases were rich and delicious, and there was a great variety of ingredients to choose from.
I’d especially like to compliment our server -Heyson, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. He made sure everything was perfect, patiently explained the menu, and checked in on us at the right times...

Exceptional service, which I do not say lightly. I hung my jacket at the back of my chair and they immediately gave me a cover to protect it.

They saw my 1yr old son and immediately gave him a toy for him to play with while waiting for food.

We saw a changing-face performance, a noodle dance, and they even gave birthday paintings for my son for us to take pictures with as a backdrop when we told them it was his birthday.
