The atmosphere of this place is great. Service is fast and the wait staff are very courteous, not your typical rush rush Chinese experience. Food is fresh, you can tell the meat is high quality

This has easily become my FAV place for hot pot!!! The food is consistently good & the quality is high. My parents who are generally very critical on food taste & quality agree that it is done well here. My hubby who used to hate hot pot now loves it after his visit here.

The service is top notch. There are special touches here such as aprons we can wear. This is good for me since I always end up splashing broth/food all over. They also give you baskets...

Amazing experience at Haidilao! The food was delicious, the noodle show was super fun, and the highlight was the outstanding service from our server, Claudia. She was so kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Claudia truly went above and beyond—thank you for making our night so special!
