Saw lot of ads and went try it out. Presentation looks good, but food is mediocre, the ingredients they use is similar level compare to ayce. A. bit over priced for the quantity and quality. Not worth the value

This is our first visit to Hana Don, I went there with my SVP and my colleagues after work for dinner. Our server was named CoCo, and asked her to recommend some dishes.
We ended up ordering oysters, Nigiri sushi platter, lightly seared sushi, Hana, blue classic and others rolls. Along with a nice bottle of Sake.
The seafood was fresh and the overall food quality was very good.
The service was attentive, friendly and our tea cups were always top up. Thanks to Coco and Emily for making our dinner gathering extra special. We will be back with our colleagues and our friends & families.

Great food but this visit our two isDonburie dishes were not hot...actually cool. We were offered replacements but had already eaten .ost of our dishes so we declined.

I ordered Toyosu Don through FanTuan delivery, which cost $43.
According to the menu description and photos, this dish should include sweet shrimp (amaebi).

However, when I received my order, there were no sweet shrimp at all.
Instead, I received small shrimp that are completely different in quality and type, which is not what was advertised.

This is not a small mistake — it is “item not as described.”
At this price point, I expected the ingredients to match what was clearly listed on the menu.

I contacted the restaurant HaNa Don, but the only response I received was an apology.
No refund or proper resolution was offered, which is very disappointing.

If the restaurant cannot provide sweet shrimp, they should not advertise it as part of the dish.
Customers should not be expected to accept substitutions without notice, especially for premium ingredients.

I am requesting a refund for this order.

Toyosu don: fish is not fresh, shrimp is soggy, some salmon roe were hard (idk how's that even possible)
taste is below average, overpriced for this level of quality
Mushroom rice tasted good but the flavor did not match with the sashimi

Gyu Don: too much sauce, rice was soaked in sauce, too salty and oily, the seasoning also did not taste good
