What a ripoff. Swiss Chalet use to be a place for a family to grab an affordable meal but this is beyond outrageous. I even drove back to confirm that this was not a mistake. The cashier tried to play it off as the $1.99 was an upgrade to make your Mac and cheese “cheesier”and I even confirmed with the manager that this a was the serving size for a $5.49 order. So when ordering at the counter, there was a banner under the menu board. It clearly states Mac and cheese for $1.99 ( the other sides have a price of $1.99 with an “upgrade” marked on it and “Add” cheese sauce for $0.99). that’s false advertising if you ask me. I ordered a Mac and cheese to go with my family meal. I was charged $5.49 for a half filled (I take it back, not even half because you can see the bottom of the box on the left side) side order box of Mac and cheese. I’ve never felt so ripped off before.

Food is as expected of a fast food chain. They had some crispy fries tho. The soda fountain had sputtering issues so it left the walking area around it to be sticky. Washrooms had lots of space and were properly maintained.

They have great, polite and helpful staff but it's the fourth time in this location that fries are short, at least a day old and practically dripping oil. Photo for the reference.
Today order drive through at Harvey’. Order two combo, one with coffee. Took 20 minutes waiting at drive through. First the lady at cashier said wait 2 minutes for a new coffee. after 5 minutes, she told me the cream is bad, need to make another new coffee, so it’s ok. I wait. After 10 minutes at the parking lot, no one bring the coffee to me. So I come back to the drive through window and ask, another white lady said now she will make a coffee. The crazy part is no is making a coffee but just ask customer to wait. If she told me it’s going to take long, may switch to other drink, I will be 100% fine. I won’t come back to this location even it’s the closest to me.

Harvey has always been a great restaurant. Their burgers with grass-fed beef are way healthier than other fast food options and are highly customizable. Wait time isn't very long and you can even dine in here with a solid interior. Prices are actually really good here. Would definitely recommend.

The Patties are always too burnt and charred. Fries are not bad, soft drinks are always well carbonated. Wish the dining area is a it brighter. It’s always a bit dark. Service is always friendly.
