Waited 4 minutes in the drive thru at the menu before having to reverse and keep asking for someone to take my order, then was parked and waited 15 minutes for a cold grilled chicken sandwich that it seems they just forgot about until I called the restaurant asking where it was. The staff look stoned.

Swiss Chalet take out. Took 18 minutes to receive my family pack. Markville normally takes 5 min. It's lunch time - chicken, fries and salad are all prepared. No reason for it to take this long. Family pack comes with 4 buns , so they provided 2 butters. Poor management. I stopped coming here around 5 yrs ago (for Swiss Chalet take out) due to super slow service. Nothing has changed. Harvey's is fine. Just Swiss Chalet take out is a major issue.
Parking: At lunch time, parking is pretty full.

Stay away from this place! The service is the slowest I have ever encountered in the fast food industry. It took over 10 minutes to get my basic burger and then another 10 to get my fries. The others in my party actually waited longer!. The burgers were dry and burnt and tasteless. It looked like they were prepared long before we arrived at the restaurant. Hence the dried out look and taste.All the condiments looked like they were prepared somewhere else and then bagged and then shipped to Harveys. Carra Foods really destroyed what use to be a great burger restaurant. Rob I see Harveys has sent a request for more information about my account of the dine in experience. I'm sure this is done for the readers of this review. To give them a sense that they really care about there customers. But they will only improve when there sales bottom out! This is for sure!
