Worship at this temple of coffee!! Now!!! Fantastic selection of roasted beans. Not just dark and medium. We're talking single origin, anaerobic fermentation, from elegant to funky. Get your fix of barista drinks and a small selection of patisseries. Plenty of non-dairy options. Other offerings include a full range of cold brews, artisan gelato, brew ware. An independent Markham gem!

I wish they sold 2KG bags here. Unfortunately it is only available for purchase online. That being said, beans have always been shipped in 2-3 days.

Visited hatch location for the first time yesterday and it is a nice, laid back space. Almost looks like an office break room. Staff are nice, friendly and not pushy. All their coffee beans can be seen and smelled in tiny tin containers laid in front of the roasted bags. When I was ready to make an order the staff was quite nice. She explained she had to make it to go since they were closing. I asked for pour over recommendations and she recommended a couple they are serving....
