I've heard good things about Inspire and decide to try takeout. I was very pleasantly surprised! They don't skimp out on the portions, and presentation was good. I can't believe I was "too full" from half an appetizer and a main. I tried the duck tacos, vodka udon, and some fries + dip.

Duck tacos: Everything about this was enjoyable. Lots of duck. Great texture. Amazed at how light and airy the fried onions were.

Came Friday night for dinner with a friend. We shared the duck tacos, loco moco and shrimp rice bowl. Everything was really tasty. Flavour profiles were balanced and nothing too overly salty. Food looked nice too! Our favourite was probably the duck tacos - that is a must try. I also had the yuzu gin tonic and a lychee martini which were both delicious!

Alan was our server and he was an absolute professional. Excellent recommendations and a pleasure to interact...

Came here for some Asian-infusion brunch food and was at first slightly disappointed with a small brunch menu. We picked the Chicken & Waffle and the Shrimp Hash. Both are around ~$20 with decent portion. The Hash had some interesting texture and really great flavour that I’ve never had before! Personally I think it’s the yuzu pepper sauce and a must-try! The Chicken&Waffle mentioned blueberry sauce but it was only on the top piece and wasn’t a drizzle over the whole...
