“Ordered a Japanese style burnt coffee with coffee jelly. Really yummy! I got half sugar and it was a good mix of bitter and sweet. It was also nice and strong and not watered down or anything. I absolutely loved this drink. I’ll come back again to try other drinks or just reorder this coffee drink because it was so good. This bubble tea place is so cute and small! “Last week we went for takeout sushi (vegan) at Mika sushi. It was my 1st time eating sushi. We ordered House special veggie sushi, in which they had 8 rolls with vegan chicken, cucumber, avocado, fried okra and some more veggies. We waited for 20 mins. It was really delicious and loved the way they packed it. We will visit again.“

I stayed at the Hilton Hotel for just one night, but it turned into an experience I’ll never forget. not because of the room or amenities, but because of the incredible care and compassion shown by the staff.

In the middle of the night, I suddenly became very sick with a virus and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance. It was a scary situation, especially since I was traveling alone. But from the very first phone call, the Hilton staff made me feel cared for and supported.

Julie from the morning shift answered my initial call to guest services with so much kindness. Later, Roxanne from the evening shift followed up and let me know Julie’s shift had ended and hers had just begun.
she reassured me that if I needed anything, I could call her anytime. That level of attentiveness meant the world to me.

When I contacted the front desk about a late checkout, Ali was incredibly understanding. He told me not to worry about the room and that my health came first. The hotel arranged a late checkout and even sent complimentary tea to help me recover. Sonny from room service was also so thoughtful, checking in to make sure I was feeling better.

Because of their care and outstanding hospitality, I decided to extend my stay by an extra night to fully rest and recover in a safe and supportive environment. And I’m so glad I did it truly felt like being looked after by family.

This is hands down the best hotel with the best staff. Thank you so much, Ali, Sonny, Julie, and Roxanne. Your kindness made all the difference.“
